Visiting this dental practice is always a great experience. The dentist clearly explains procedures and the need for those procedures and quickly and kindly addresses any concerns that I may have, and the technicians perform their procedures gently and expertly. The dentist and the staff members at Austin Advanced Dentistry actually make dental procedures pleasant!

Unfortunately I had a cavity. My appointment was an early morning session. The appointment started on time and both Ivana and Dr. Saxena did a good job of making me feel comfortable before and during the filling process. I appreciate their awareness and concerns for a patient’s anxiety.

Dr. Byrne and Jasmine were both awesome and made the dental visit so easy. I really appreciated Dr. Byrne being straightforward and not feeling like i was being talked downed to which has been an issue in the past. Also super easy to schedule and get in to their office with my schedule. I would highly recommend!

Dentist was awesome, they put me in a massage chair at first which was very uncomfortable but they were nice and moved me asap

Had a great experience! I hadn't gotten a cleaning in quite a while (Like 7 years or so), so was a bit worried about any judgement regarding that, but there was none! The cleaning went well and was quick, and all the staff were nice, knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely be continuing to go here.

Went to Austin Advanced Dentistry for a toothache in a tooth that had a resent filling. Somehow, the tooth was fractured and needed a crown. The team worked really well to solve my problem that day. I am a satisfied customer and will continue to visit this dentistry in the future.

Always a friendly staff and efficient. Jasmine was extra helpful even though the dentist always makes me grouchy.

I am just beginning my treatment for both upper and lower implants so I don’t know much yet… I will say the staff is very cordial and nice and they make you feel at home

I went here due to tooth pain and in network. Not to knowledgeable about different produres. They told me i need a root canal and crown. Customer service with the dentist who did my procedure was great. Assistance, i was not to happy with. The tools needed during procedure, like no one knew what to get. Smh. The cost and payment was high. But i needed it done. I still have to go back for permanent crown. I'm still having some discomfort from tooth. So we will see if it's resolved when i go back.

Update: Went back to get permanent crown. Went great. They listened/heard/read my last review. The dentist and i even talked about it. I was pleased. We did a plan for follow up care, ex gum therapy (ouch), fills, and pulling my wisdom teeth. They sent everything in writing so i can look it over and decide how to move forward. So, i will be returning for preventive ortho services. Thank you.

I have my tri-ins in…feels great! Dr. Saxena has been great through the process and is very encouraging in her care of her patient. The staff are very professional.

Had my cleaning done today at Austin Advanced Dentistry. It was very comfortable and gentle. I appreciate the time that was spent afterwards explaining what my next treatment should be. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend their services.

Overall the visit was well worth it. My appointment was at 8.30AM and I went there on time. We started with an xray of the jaw but two of the xray machines were not working so I had to wait almost an hour before I got to use a working xray. Then the rest of process was very quick without wait time. I was then scanned to see how my teeth are. The doctor was knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful in providing info. He performed a quick check and cleaned my teeth. Later, I checked out and scheduled my next visit 6 months down the line for a cleanup. Apart from the first 1 hour, the visit was very good.

My visit was on time and I did not have to wait. The service was actually pleasant and the staff were courteous and friendly. The dentist was very general and I experienced very little discomfort! The dentist was gentle and kind!

My appointment was on time. My dentist was great and very gentle and I felt very little pain. The staff were very courteous and efficient. I am deathly afraid of the dentist and my hands start sweating just opening the front door to the dentist office. I had 3 crowns replaced here this last fall and they all went. I didn't have much pain and the quality of the crowns are excellent.

The staff at Austin Advanced Dentistry are very professional and treat their patients great! They also always have a smile on their face which I appreciate.

As Soon as You Walk-in the Office it's Like Walking in a Very Clean, Comfortable Setting! Very Relaxing Friendly, Professional, knowledgeable Definitely Would Recommend This Dentist For Everyone

Very nice service and at very reasonable price. For same service we were asked almost 5 times more at other place.
