Tamara was so rude she told me she was ignoring me, didn't care about my account, she was passive aggressive and she took pity on my account she had the desire to punish me.

Not a good bank to go to for any reason, especially if your a business person who take our large amounts this bank is not for you

The only place in Tyler I go. Mrs. Brenda is always a ray of sunshine and I enjoy speaking to her and the rest of the staff.
