I'vr had devices fixed here multiple times over the past 6 years, and it has always been a super helpful and friendly experience.

Recently, I had to have the screen replaced on my Samsung, so I called on a Saturday afternoon to check how busy they were, and whether they had the necessary part.

When Phil answered the phone he was, as always, super polite and helpful. He listened to my needs, made sure the part was in stock, and and even gave me a price quote And let me know thebdeadline for completing the work the same day before saying goodbye.

I headed right up there, turned in my device, and he quoted me around an hour and a half to get it done.

We showed up after only an hour to see if I had time for another errand, and my phone was already waiting for me! While he rang me up, we chatted amicably about the cool things he has in the store - I recommend paying attention as you look around. ;-)

And I walked out very pleased. Another successfully repaired device in the books!

I wouldn't give any star if I'd I could. Got charged almost $300 for a used screen with a huge spot on it. Owner never mentioned that will have that on it and blamed me because Suposely he was clear on that. How do you think I'm going to paid that amount if not going to comp out right? Am I paying for nothing? I appreciate their time and I was able to paid their labor not don't take advantage of people! We have years coming to this small business and always happy till now. I'm so disappointed on how they value their customers

My camera lens on my galaxy s10 cracked and unfortunately it's integrated as part of the case. Came here to get it replaced and the big guy (forgot his name) left a giant fingerprint on the inside of the lens. I pointed it out and he said "I don't know how it got there", so he took it back apart to clean it but did a horrible job as there were still smudges left. So then he replaced the case with another new one (I was ready to leave by this point) only for me to find out later that there were smudges left on the camera lenses themselves under the clear cover of the case, with dust particles. Giving two stars as the guy was nice throughout the process, but ill never take anything here to get repaired again

Dakota did a great job repairing my screen after puncturing it at work came by at closing and he still helped me out best shop in town and prices are the best around!
