Great location with top of the line building and equipment. All staff were friendly and efficient. My doctor Ashley Deese and her technician Megan provided me with excellent testing for my annual eye exam.

Dr Elkins was very patient and considerate. She helped to ease my anxiousness and anxiety. I very much appreciated that.

The charges are all explained clearly, with options for accepting or declining things that some insurance policies do not cover.

Dr. Elkins has good hands, knows all the equipment, provides clear and easy to follow instructions, and is generous with her time to answer questions and provide explanations of what is happening and why. She was also quick to give good news, when what she sees is what everyone is hoping for.

I visited the Jollyville facility. It is gorgeous! The soothing, relaxing atmosphere in the lobby is not accidental. Everyone was kind and helpful. The front desk staff was very different from the usual "Don't step up to the counter unless I call your name" staff at other facilities. Dr. Ashley Dees was professional and clear in her demeanor and speech. She listened to me and addressed my concerns with knowledge and courtesy. I couldn't have asked for more. I will return to Austin Eye for my future vision needs.
