Every single appointment these people
are late, no explanation-my husband was
taken back to see the doctor. I waited in the lobby, 45 minutes AFTER the DOCTOR came walking in! 45 minutes after! Day of second surgery-we sit in the lobby for almost two hours after our appointment! No explanation, no apology, nothing! SO unprofessional!

Timely, and clean facility. All personnel were very helpful and kind. The doctor found something potentially serious that’s not eye related and alerted me to call my heart/family doctors. He even wrote down the potential condition I have and the tests needed on a piece of paper so that I can convey it correctly to
my heart/family doctor. If I live another 20 years (I am 60 years old with high blood pressure) I have Austin Eye to thanks! And Dr. Shannon Wong notice me as I was checking out and say hi to me.he even remembered my name from

I have been quite satisfied with my experience at Austin Eye. The results of the lens replacement surgery a year ago have been outstanding. Today's visit with Dr. Deese for a routine annual exam was no exception. Dr. Deese fully explained the components of the exam and her findings, all of which confirmed the quality of the original procedure performed by Dr. Wong. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE at Austin Eye is on top of their game. After 8-10 months since having a staggered combo of Panoptix and Vivity lenses swapped for my aging natural lenses, my near, mid, and far vision is better than it's been since I was a child - indeed, even far vision is sharper than after having Lasik 20 years ago. Reading cheaters are no longer required, and night vision is phenomenal. It was well-worth several flights to Austin to have my vision handled by the best of the best. These folks will change your life!

I truly appreciate the time the staff take to do a thorough exam and explain the results and options available.based on the results. Both Dr Wen and Jake were excellent, Jake really has a way of explaining things in a comprehensive and understandable way. The front desk staff was super helpful too, going out of their way to find and copy information I asked about. Excellent exam and experience today!

At my visit with Austin Eye with Dr Christina Wenn I was received and treated by staff and Dr Wenn punctually with professionalism, expertise and a loving caring manner.

This was my first visit there. Taylor and Dr. Deese could not have been nicer. They were knowledgeable, and explained every question that I had.

Exceptional attention to detail and patient satisfaction. Provided explanations in great detail. Thorough examination. Some of the exam components were high tech with some equipment that I have never experienced before. The experience exceeded my expectations.

The office is state of the art and conveniently located. Dr. Wenn and her assistant Gabrielle are very professional, competent, and interpersonal. Dr. Wenn practices at Austin Eye, where I first went for an eye appointment with Dr. Mitchell Wong. Upon Dr. Wong's retirement, it was suggested that I see Dr. Wenn. I'm very happy that suggestion was made. They were a little behind schedule, but I know that's because she takes the time with each of her patients to make them feel like they are the only patient she'll see all day.
