Austin Eyebrow Threading

Never recommend this place. Not at all satisfied with their service. Very worst experience.

I absolutely love coming to these ladies, I’ve been going to them for over two years. I could never find anyone who did my eyebrows correctly til I came to them because I was in desperate need of getting my eyebrows done. Thank you so much ladies you all make me feel so good and thank you for keeping my eyebrows so perfect!

Soba is the only one I have had good experiences with, she is very skilled and does a great job threading.my first experience was with the threader that sits in the back corner- I was left with cuts from the threading that were bleeding and visible on my face for a week after the appointment.the nail in the coffin for me was today when I had my eyebrows threaded by a new person. When I saw the final brows I asked her for some adjustments as they were not threaded as thin and shapely as I would like- I very kindly asked if she was able to clean it up a bit and was immediately met with her being defensive and refusing to shape them any further. I have had my brows threaded many times and this is the first time I have been refused a slight adjustment/cleanup of the final product. I will not be returning as I now have to go home and thread them myself following an appointment.update: I was issued a refund for this service without asking for one- thank you Austin Eyebrow Threading!

The absolute BEST! Very good customer service. And very very amazing work. Been going for 4 years now

Normally I come and tip well because I’m so satisfied but this time there was something I didn’t like, I still left a tip but the lady immediately turned away and started complaining to her coworkers about how low it was— thinking I don’t understand. As I’m walking away she is looking at me unkindly and mentioning the tip over and over.
Okay well a tip is a plus, and comes from the heart. If I’m going to get unkind service because I don’t tip the same each time, depending on the service, I just won’t come back at all. After a few years yes you can lose a customer with a single unkind word and get a bad review. I hope they take this into consideration and don’t turn more customers away with the service.

The lady is so nice and sweet she really does her thing with anyone’s eyebrows I’ve never been so satisfied and my eyebrows were very thick!

Love these ladies they do such an amazing job on brows. I don’t go anywhere else. Been a customer for 5 years.
