Austin Heart - Harker Heights

Great place and good doctors although I'm fully covered with my Medical insurances but I seem to keep getting billed. I always have to call after every visit going to the Doctors.

Everyone was very nice and have respect for the patient, they care and explain to where I understand.

All I can say is how amazing Austin Heart is. The friendly office support staff, the gentle and caring nurses and in Harker Heights location the Best cardiologists in Central Texas.

Austin Heart is a busy place, waiting area seems to always appear busy, but yet you get seen on time. The staff is EXCELLENT with making it feel personal and that they care. And Dr. Thibodeaux is fun, yet to the point in honesty. I feel very welcomed when I go to my appointments.

When I first met Dr. Pandya in January 2017 I was in complete heart failure. He conducted a comprehensive evaluation and directed me to an excellent surgical team. After my successful surgery, he has managed my post-operative recovery. We now have our life back and my wife and I are walking 12 miles a week! When I went to the austin heart on my last visit, i was explaining to the dr the concerns that i was having about my heart, & my family history of heart problems. I didn't know that it was serious to not have stress or anything. I know that the p.a. Really listen & took the time to address the problem.

I waited in the exam room approximately 45 minutes before my wife checked with the receptionist. It appears that someone did not inform the Doctor that I was waiting to be seen.

This office is 'generally' efficient in every way. We understand the popularilty of Dr. McCullough means that we have to wait perhaps longer than for other Dr's but he gives his time and answers all questions to our satisfaction. However, this time the check out gal must have been having a hard day. It took us over 15 minutes at the window as she fumbled with our paperwork, acted like she was actually doing something else, limited eye contact-just not use to this at this well run office.
