I brought my Dyson to James. He "fixed" it only to have it stop working the very same day. Since he was so responsive I brought it back to him. He told me the part was on backorder. Every few months I would call him and he would tell me it was still on backorder. Eventually he gave me a loaner- nowhere near the quality of my dyson, but still a kind gesture. I have been trying to call him for 4 months and my call rings and then I'm forwarded to his voice-mail. I think at this point it is fair to say he stole my $400 vacuum from me.
