Austin Home Systems has done a wonderful job implementing our home media, internet, security and shades. We are so happy with the quality of the work and it was so easy working with Randal and his team. I would not hesitate to call them again for our home projects. They are elite.

Austin Home Systems installed a Unifi Wifi network & surveillance system for us. We now have access to all camera footage from an app so we can monitor the whole building at any time. The system is discrete and clean. Jimmy and Jim were incredibly professional and made quick work of the job around our unusual business hours. When I have questions about the system they are easy to contact. I would recommend their team to anyone looking for home automation - even if you aren’t sure where to start. Their team made great suggestions and designed the entire system start to finish.

I have worked with AHS multiple times for work and personal projects. The are dedicated to making sure every aspect of the project functions correctly. We had a pretty terrible experience with a Bravas installation so then switched over to AHS. The experience has been a night and day difference. For complex home control systems you really need a team that understands how the systems work and how to correct problems and get things working correctly. Responsiveness and attentiveness are also important and AHS took care of us the way one should expect to be treated when purchasing a high cost control system.

Austin Home Systems installed a Control4 system in our new Austin home. They worked with us, as well as with our interior designer, to design the system. Randal Smith gave us every bit of time necessary to explain our options to maximize the usefulness, enjoyment and protections of the system. Our system includes multiple televisions (indoor and outdoor), audio (indoor and outdoor), home security, swimming pool integration and window coverings. The installation was done on the promised timing and the installation team was simply incredible. The physical installation of hardware and the programming were performed in the most professional manner by John, Mike and Steven and the follow-up by the team has been timely and attentive every step of the way. I can recommend AHS with full enthusiasm.

I agree with all the previous reviewers-I cannot recommend AHS enough for the outstanding job they did for our whole house system. I recommend them for the following reasons:
First, AHS runs like a well-oiled machine. Second, AHS has a team of highly skilled and talented staff including Ken who is a know-it-all system designer. I threw an issue or a problem to him and he has a solution. Ken is very knowledgeable and ha designed a system for us that is running very well. With Ken's blueprint, then AHS has a very strong implementation team headed by Jim who is so smart. He solved all the complicated system issues for us. Our system rack was a hot mess before he arrived. OH, after Jim was done. Our system rack looks so neat and clean. He built the best rack ever. In addition, these guys work above and beyond. I txt Jim a question. He would respond right away even 11pm in the evening. I am still in contact with Ken, Jim who made me feel so comfortable that I know they will be there for us if we need them. I also want to mention John, the programmer who is very good at it. Bruce, he works with Jim as an installer. These guys are the best in the industry. So, hire them please. You will not regret because they will deliver you a highly functional system that no other company is capable of doing it.

I can't recommend Austin Home Systems more enthusiastically. When I moved to Austin I bought a house with a Control4 home automation system and had the worst experience with several different providers. Last year, I bought a new house and AHS built out the entire systems (TVs, Sound, Blinds, Alarm, Gates, Internet and Cameras) and when it was time to open a new office in Austin for my business, it was a no brainer to go with AHS. The work was done professionally, for the right price and the team is so responsive. I would use them again in a heart beat!

The team at Austin Home Systems did all of the A/V pre-wiring work on our new home. After an AT&T installer botched my Wi-Fi wiring, I desperately reached out to Randal, Joe, and the rest of their team to see about a repair. Within less than 24 hours their team was at our house and had fixed the issue. Really appreciated their service excellence—these folks are THE BEST!
