Austin Hose, Odessa TX

Hoses called in, there’s still a huge delay between when I show up and when the hose is given to me. No sense of urgency. People just lolligag around searching for the person who has the order in their computer. Then print it out, then search for someone to go fetch it. It’s maddening.
Why are there 2 buildings. It doesn’t matter which building you go to, your order is in the OTHER building. Is there any kind of computerized system maybe that could connect the two? Maybe some form of electronic communication?
Good hoses tho.

I needed some hoses made in Midland / Odessa. I went to 5 different hydraulic shops, and nobody had both the hose or the fittings I needed. Austin Hose did and made them on the spot. Double-checked with me to make sure I liked the way the fittings were aligned before crimping them down. It seems like every time I call them for some odd part, fitting, or hose, they have them. Austin Hose is a great company to deal with, and to find out the CEO of the company was the person who actually made them on top of that is Awesome. I definitely recommend this company. Great experience, and I will keep going there in the future.
