Austin INFINITI

I purchased a 2020 Corvette Stingray, my fourth vehicle I bought from Austin Infiniti. I always go back because of the excellent service I receive from PJ Garcia. He always provides superior service to my wife and I. We definitely appreciated the one stop complete service PJ provided us, we only dealt with him for the entire process. Definitely will be back in the near future to trade up into another Infiniti!

What an outstanding experience! Was in and out in no time at all love the car QX60 with all the toys. I was treated fantastic by Dana Woodbury the sales consultant and the management team. I was able to trade in my QX55 and got an exceptional trade value. They gave me an exceptional deal and treated me with the utmost respect. Thank you guys I love my new QX60

I rarely, if ever, leave reviews. Austin INFINITI, however, inspires to write one! Having just moved to ATX and this being my first time at this dealership I did not know what to expect. I went in for routine maintenance and am just blown away. Scheduling an appointment was smooth and easy. Their waiting area is stellar, Lilly was amazing to talk to, and I feel lucky to have gotten Jon as my service advisor who was so efficient. Love how everything is so quick and automated! The place is huge and just overall amazing - a well run facility. I know where I'll be going to purchase my next INFINITI.

Allan D. Is a car angel! He instinctively guides you to the perfect car - no pressure, no over the top sales push. Rather he listens to what you want/need and within your budget. I just finished my 3rd purchase/lease with Allan and I couldn't be more happy! He is the epitome of a salesperson who goes above and beyond, without high pressure tactics. I was almost at the end of my lease term and on a time crunch to find my new car, and Allan made it happen.
It's no wonder he has so many awards in his office, I've never had one car purchase transaction go as smoothly, let alone 3, very impressive!
His assistant Maria is also an huge asset to the process, Allan had another customer come in who needed assistance, so Maria jumped in to help to insure I was finished by my time deadline, even going as far as to schedule my first service appointment.

The service is amazing! This is what customer service should be! They should train other businesses on how to treat customers. And this is not even how wonderful, amazing, and nice the cars are. Luxury at its best. Go see them for a wonderful ride.

I took a non-Infiniti car to their service department to get a state inspection completed on it. The service department treated me with a lot of respect and professionalism. I received a superb quality of service. Thank you Cody Penna and the rest of the service partners that assisted me with a small ticket item and made sure I was out within a few minutes without any issues or hassle.

Where do I even start? My husband and I arrived at Austin Infiniti upon a prayer asking God to guide us to what he felt was for us. We'd gone to a couple of other dealerships, but never test drove anything. Austin Infiniti's staff was amazing. We were introduced to PJ and he was ours from start to finish making everything run smoothly. We are a part of the Infiniti family now and PJ is definitely stuck with us. Amazing how fast things go bad.on my 3rd service advisor in 6 months, appointments made but never found when I arrive. Rarely have loaner cars available. Battling same clock issue on my qx50 for 18 months, after 5 updates and a A/V unit replacement, still not fixed.

The service at Austin Infiniti is truly exceptional. From the time you arrive until your service is done, all of the employees are very helpful and friendly. The wait time is in a clean environment with refreshments to help pass the time. And.getting a clean car at the end is an added bonus. 5 stars!

Infiniti has their service down like a well oiled machine! Always ready for me and on time with deliveries. Dave H.is my usual go to contact who is always on time and ahead of my needs as far as my schedule goes. Yesterday, what a way to start my Monday morning to come out to a flat tire. Not the way you want to start your week. I had it towed to Infiniti's Service dept where Dave happened to be out on vacation and Lily stepped in without skipping a beat. This is the lost art of team work people! And following thru and finishing the job. I was back on the road same day and didn't miss a beat. Dave and Lily are highly recommended!

I've been a customer of Austin Infiniti for 10 years and have always had exceptional service experiences. I already owned my Infiniti when I moved to Austin and have come here for service over and over. I love the loaner service, the cafe, and the honesty of the service consultants.

Anna Hernandez was extremely helpful and patient throughout the process. Unfortunately the car we were looking at was not the correct spec that I overlooked. If there is a car I ever need from here, I will contact her. Great service regardless!

I just purchased a car yesterday at Austin Infinity. Overall, it was an exceptional experience with all my questions answered, plenty of time to test drive the options, and the attention of a professional sales person, Dana. Dana did a great job of explaining options, providing information on financial alternatives, and letting me come to my own conclusion while answering whatever questions I had. I should point out that Maria and her team did all I wanted in make ready, adding new options and reusing some of the options I could reuse from my prior vehicle. All in all, I would definitely shop at Austin Infinity again for additional transportation needs.

Austin infinity, great place to purchase a vehicle. I specifically recommend anyone looking into infinity in Austin to deal with Stacy. Kudos to her. She is honest, and keeps to her word. With her, the dealer-customer relationship doesn't end after sales, it goes beyond. A 5 star I give to her.
