I should have written this review a long time ago, but I had an amazing experience here. Millie was my agent the first time I used them and I asked for her again this time. Last year she found us an apartment while we looked for a house. It was so great we almost didn't want to leave! It was in a quiet area next to a small lake & woods where we could walk our dogs and even kayak. The apartment itself was super spacious and updated but still for a reasonable price.

Now we're moving into a small house Millie found for us. It has a huge yard and is only 10 minutes from my family, which was my biggest requirement (and the hardest). I couldn't be happier.

Millie herself deserves a huge shout out not only for her great work but for her attitude and knowledge. I am always especially nervous and stressed looking for new places to live and she made me feel so much better. She made the process so easy for me and her positive energy is amazing.

I would definitely recommend ATX Luxury Locating but ask for Millie if you can!

She really went above and beyond in helping my family and I relocate to Austin from Belize.
I wasn’t sure about how the whole process would work and was worried as I didn’t know anything about the area. Millie was so helpful in navigating me thru the whole process. Her extensive knowledge of the area and market trends was indispensable.

When we found our dream home that met all our family of 5 needs, plus 3 dogs we found out later that day there was another offer already on the house. Millie chatted with the sellers agent and even though the owners were about to make a decision she was able to get them to wait till the next day so we could submit our offer. She met us early in the morning and helped us figure out the best way to position our offer and what price to go in at to give us the absolute best chance that the sellers would accept our offer over the other one.

Millie had to do a little negotiating but in the end she got us our Home.

Thru all this process she became more than just our realtor but a friend to our family. My youngest even drew a picture of our new home, our family and included Millie in the drawing with our family. Then insisted we hand deliver it to her with some cookies as she was the best.

UPDATE—I had to drop in to update my review! Had a friend looking for their forever home and the first name that came to mind was Millie! Just as I hoped, she gave them the same fantastic service that I received not so long ago. It’s their first home and I wanted the process to go as smooth as possible. Not everyone would give the service that Millie provides for her clients. I'm so glad she found them the perfect home! We’re so thankful for Millie!
