4I have had 4 sessions with Bette so far and I won't let anyone else do this treatment on me now that I've found her. I called all over Austin with questions and concerns before starting here and none of the other facilities seemed to have a thorough understanding of the electrolysis process, I could tell they just had some phrases memorized to answer questions with. That was unsettling to me and I almost gave up on getting electrolysis, but when I called Bette she laid it all out, we talked about the science behind the mechanism and how you can best influence good results with your own habits.like I said I'm not going anywhere else for this ever. So glad I found her!
Bette is one of the best electrologists I have ever gone to. Her knowledge and expertise is second to none and she has a great rapport with clients.
Very sweet lady. Went over the specifics of the treatment well. Actually recommended I take laser hair removal first at a different facility, saving me big bucks.
