I am very happy with this clinic, my doctor is incredible, I felt very good throughout my pregnancy, I recommend it.

One star for front desk staff working at 3pm on Friday 9/1.

TL;DR: No amount of care by doctors can make up for the rude customer service at the front desk.

After seeing Dr. Palmer following a couple miscarriages earlier this year, I was looking forward to seeing her for my first pregnancy and rainbow baby. My husband and I arrived 10 minutes late to our appointment on Friday 9/1. We had called on the way to say that traffic was worse than expected and were told that we were OK to still come and that 10 minutes was within their tolerance for late arrivals.

When we arrived no one was at the front desk. The chair was empty with a purse and a blanket on it. It was about 8 minutes until the person at the check in window returned - enough time for us to stand there and listen to two and a half country songs play on the lobby music and hear someone around the corner checking other patients out and scheduling them for future appointments.

When the front desk staff sat down, I mentioned that we had called and apologized that we arrived 10 minutes late. She said that it was now over 15 minutes since our appointment time and she didn't think we could be seen. I explained that we had been standing at the front window since no one was there. She said "I don't think so. I just went to the back. " There were two other couples and a pregnant woman in the waiting room that could have attested to us standing there waiting for someone to check us in. There was a security camera pointed at the front desk that she could have also checked. Instead, she said we were lying and could not be seen. She was wrong. We were 10 minutes late, but we also had been waiting at the front for nearly that same about of time.

I'm glad my husband was there to witness the rudeness so I could not blame it on my pregnancy hormones. I'm sad I won't be able to see Dr. Palmer as I had hoped to for my pregnancy. My experience with Dr. Palmer has been wonderful, but no amount of care or professionalism by the Dr.you see for 15 minutes each appointment can make up for bad customer service at the front desk.

Cannot speak for the doctors, but I made an appointment a month in advance only to take off of work and show up just to be told they did not have me down for an appointment. Incredibly disappointing experience for what would have been my first wellness exam. Do better.

I had a great experience with Dr. Downing who made the delivery of my 2nd baby a really wonderful one. I felt like I was visiting a friend rather than a medical professional. She has a warm and friendly demeanor that helped put me at ease.

What sets Dr. Downing apart is not only her personable approach but also her intelligence and expertise. She took the time to listen to my concerns and always made sure to address every question I had, no matter how small. Her extensive knowledge in the field is evident, and it's clear that she genuinely cares about her patients' well-being.

Throughout my pregnancy journey and the delivery itself, Dr. Downing and her team provided continued support and care. It's rare to find a doctor who can combine medical excellence with a compassionate and relatable nature. I had the pleasure of meeting some of the other doctors on the team on the rare occasion Dr. Downing was out and they were all wonderful as well. I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Downing for her outstanding care and highly recommend her to anyone in need of an Ob-GYN.

P. S.the front desk staff is friendly and knowledgeable on insurance and they greet you with a smile, always a plus for me

Dr Hagan is great! She has a relaxed attitude but still takes things seriously with her patients. Highly recommend for young women. I liked that it was just the doctor in the room with me during my visit, too.

Dr. Deleon is such a great OBGYN I always feel relaxed when going to the office staff is great

Nothing but good things to say about this place and Dr. Downing. I feel listened to and heard whenever I bring up any concerns related to my body, and even through a bit of a scare I had last year, I felt supported and everything was fully explained to me. I appreciated the level of detail provided so that I can make informed decisions about my health.

Karisma at reception and Dr. Hagan were wonderful and professional. My experience was comfortable, and informative. I felt my healthcare concerns were understood and respected.

Dr Marianela Gille is so professional, kind, and always explain me all the procedures. He is super friendly, professional, pays close attention to all the medical details and speaks Spanish.

Appreciate Dr. Gille so much! She’s knowledgeable, efficient, good at communicating and I can tell she cares. Highly recommend!

Dr. Hagan as been a godsend to my wife and I during our pregnancy. We went to several OBs, and randomly got in with Dr. Hagan due to a cancellation. She has been so supportive, professional and helpful. She takes plenty of time to answer all of our questions and make any referrals. She is the best!

Dr. Kolluri is the most personable doctor I have had the pleasure to interact with. I cannot recommend her or the practice highly enough. Thank you so much for the care you gave me.

I'm so happy that we found Austin OBGYN Associates! Dr. Gille and the entire team have been amazing. Scheduling is so easy, appointments start right on time, and Dr. Gille has promptly responded to every message I've sent through the patient portal. I've never had this great of service from any provider. I feel so fortunate to be going through my first pregnancy with this team!

Saw Dr. Hu today and she was amazing! She took the time to chat with me, made me feel comfortable to ask questions and talked me through the entire process. The staff is also very nice and helpful - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Doctors are so helpful and understanding. They take the time to really listen to all my needs! The MAs and Front Desk representatives are very sweet and informative!

Extremely unresponsive to portal messages and reception is unhelpful when calling with needs. Would highly recommend against this provider due to lack of support or urgency with care.
