Austin Oral Surgery, Georgetown TX

My son's surgery was super quick, all wisdom teeth removed with no swelling or bruising. My child was pain free for 1 1/2 following surgery and no complications post surgery, nurse also called to follow up ob us about 1 hour after we got home. Extraccion site is healing properly as well. I highly recommend Dr Cain!

Dr Leland and team were amazing with my 8 year old daughter who needed two teeth pulled. They made her feel so comfortable and the procedure was quicker than I expected. I appreciated the phone call we got later in the day to check on her.

Austin oral surgery in Georgetown was amazing from the consultation to the surgery. They always answered questions, appointments on time, everything went according to plan. Dr. Leland was amazing as well. He thoroughly discussed all options so you understood what would be best for you and was so welcoming and friendly. You can tell he loves doing what he does. Truly amazing doctor. I will always recommend this place and location.

The surgery I had here was painless. However, after following all post op instructions, I got a delayed onset infection. I didn't have any stitches after my extraction, which I believe to be partially the cause of the infection. The debridement I had here was the worst pain of my life and I was left in excruciating pain for hours after the procedure, and told to take advil to manage the pain. I was left with bone pain for weeks and barley able to open my jaw for days. While infection is not always preventable, I believe the treatment experience should be improved vastly.

Dr. Cain is phenomenal surgeon! He put my anxious daughter to ease and made what could have been a stressful situation easy in her. Fantastic results!

I absolutely recommend Austin Oral Surgery.
I originally had 2 impacted wisdom teeth removed in 2018 by Dr. Cain. I lost insurance until recently and came in on the 13th for the removal of the last 2 wisdom teeth.
I have epilepsy so during the first operation. It was unclear what reactions I would have to certain medications due to my anti-convulsants.
When I came in the other morning Dr. Cain remembered my situation and that immediately put me at ease.
The operation was quick and the healing process has been so smooth! They made sure you have a safe ride home, all the information you need for post care and even give you a follow up call to make sure you're recovering properly.
If I ever need services outside of my regular dentist I will return to this location.

I had a great experience with Dr. Leland in Temple/Georgetown. Having all 4 wisdom teeth removed at 40 was not something I was looking forward to. He is calm and kind. Very thorough. I had minimal pain following the procedure. Instructions for before after surgery were great. I’m so glad he was my surgeon. All the support staff was very nice. Highly recommend!
