I'm a long time customer. I recently had trouble with my Echo string trimmer SRM-266t. Had a hard time starting even after tuneup. Coy really help resolve my problem and educated me on how to handel 2 stroke fuels. I'm a happy customer again!

Took my lawn mower in and Coy was able to help me out. He was super friendly with great customer service and was able to get it back to me super quick! Definitely would recommend!

Long story short we brought in our mower for repair. Austin Outdoor Power said they would let us know if it was under warranty. Never received a call. Had to call once a week for 2 months. Once they had the part ordered they said the reason we didn't get a call was because the part was under warranty and there was no need to call. Once fixed they give us a call and now its $430.00 and not under warranty. Then when I brought up the concern they then said this is the price and mocked our conversation and got hostile, Then, they mentioned that they could file the warranty, but that it would get kicked back meaning they lied and never filed it in the first place. Beware of this company!

I BOUGHT A MACHINE TO GET OUT 1 MONTH AGO AND IT BROKE DOWN AND THE WARRANTY DID NOT WANT TO REPAIR IT THEY SELL PURE DIRT CLOSE THAT STORE

Had some equipment that had been sitting for a while. They were able to answer all my questions during Diagnostics and give me accurate pricing on the repairs. I recommend them and gave them five stars.

I bought a brand new Echo CS-590 Chainsaw and it wouldn't start. I took it in and they charged me $95 for nothing. I will NEVER do business with this place again. Thieves!

The worst customer service and the desk people only want your money they don't cate about customers experience.

Cable broke on my older self propelled mower, McCoys was closer, so I went there on 183, counter man, saw cable in my hand, said we don't carry THW it wasn't THW,
he looked at it, said go online and find 1,
went to Austin outdoor power, Benjamin looked it up, said we can special order it for you, be here in a few days, he was friendly and helpful, willing to help out this old man, I appreciate people who at least attempt to help customers, yes, it's May 2023, Springtime, extremely busy time for them, but they took time to assist me and I really appreciate it

While I chose not to order the part I was seeking here the service was great. Once I'm able to purchase new items I will be visiting them again. They were very helpful.

Went to pick up a repair. Always pleasant, knowledgeable and courteous. They got the repair completed quicker than anticipated. Recommend them
