Austin Parke Apartments

Upon moving in, the apartment was in pristine condition. It looks like they put new everything in mine. I couldn’t find anything wrong with my unit. Ive been in property management for years myself, and I am very impressed with the amount of care this property puts forth. I have only seen one bug since I’ve moved in back in July (it was only a water bug) and they came to spray the day after I put a request in. This is expected as it is now spring. No surprises. Neighbors seem to keep to themselves, there is hardly ever any trash laying around outside. The property feels very safe and is quiet. Maintenance has responded immediately with any request I have put in. The pools are always sparkling blue. Everyone in the office is super friendly! Thank you guys for everything you do. You can tell the management really cares here. Great job
