Dr Haley Bunting is very knowledgeable, kind, and does outstanding work. During one of my toughest experiences in my life (breast cancer) Dr Haley was able to reconstruct my breasts with a lift and my friends and family are amazed at her work. If I could give infinity stars for Dr. Dumestre and her staff, I would. I felt like I hit the lottery when I found her. After being diagnosed with breast cancer a second time, I needed something positive for sure. I needed to feel confident that after losing both my breasts I was going to get them back. Finding a surgeon who is not only at the top of their profession, but who also has an incredible bedside manner is so rare. Dr. Dumestre is all that and more. At my first visit with Dr. Dumestre, she took the time to go over everything in great detail and answer all my questions. Her knowledge and experience was incredible. I knew I would literally be in good hands. When it came time for surgery, her skills were beyond comprehension. My breasts are killer. Her Physician Assistant, Santina Mastoris is in a class of her own. In other words, phenomenal. The patient experience is like nothing else. It was stellar from start to finish. The staff are so warm, friendly and extremely supportive and caring.

I found that Dr. Bunting is most kind in her approach to my situation. Very professional and knowledgeable. The outcome of my surgery was excellent. Her staff was extremely helpful.
If I had a question and they didn’t know the answer, they would find out and call me back.

I’m a year out from my ‘mommy makeover’ and I’m so happy I found this practice and Dr. Dumestre! The Austin Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery clinic is gorgeous and always smells so nice, feeling more like a spa than a Dr’s office. The staff are so professional and friendly, and I love her PA Santina. Most importantly, my results are perfect! Dr. Dumestre carefully listened to my goals, and had me share goal photos so she could make sure she created my ideal breast size - I love them! My tummy also looks so good and I’m wearing crop tops again after spending years hiding my belly. I was so scared going into such a big surgery, but couldn’t have asked for a better experience, from consult, to the actual surgery day, to the follow up care! My journey with breast reconstruction has about come to an end. I called here around a year ago now, full of tears, fear and lost hope. Speaking with Courtney over the phone I immediately felt like there might be hope for me. I had to finish recovering from failed previous reconstruction before I could come in but she assured me they could help me. This entire office has been absolutely amazing. PA Santina arrived midway through my journey and has been a great asset as well. Dr Dumestre took me on and repaired what I thought might be a hopeless case. From my first consultation, surgery itself, to the follow ups, they’ve remained compassionate and shown such care and kindness. I can’t recommend this office enough!

Dr. Dumestre is beyond amazing. I was recommended to her by an oncologist that I worked with. I am a registered nurse, retired with an oncology background. I can honestly say that I was very impressed with her caring attitude and professionalism from the start. I'm writing this review on behalf of my mom who doesn't speak English. Dr Dumestre and her nurses are absolutely amazing and professional. Dr Dumeste has performed breast implant reconstruction after bilateral mastectomy on my mom who is a cancer patient. We are so incredibly happy with the results. Dr Dumestre and her staff have the best bedside manner- she is so caring and soft spoken and in tune with every need. She took time to explain in great detail every step of the surgery and recovery process, offered a few options and recomendations based on my mom's situation. The aftercare post the surgery is what really impressed my mom and me. My mom had a rough recovery journey (infection, radiation treatment). Dr Dumestre saw my mom on several occasions in the hospital and in her office until she was sure my mom was completely healed and her staff always returned phone calls/messages when we had concerns. We would not go to another doctor. Dr Dumestre gave my mom her confidence back and made her feel and look beautiful again. Thank you for everything.

Dr. Dumestre and her staff provided the highest quality care I could imagine. They were prompt, gracious, extremely professional, and granted me all the information and time I needed to make solid, informed decisions about my own healthcare. Dr. Dumestre performed an extremely complicated diep flap double mastectomy due to breast cancer, and the results have been amazing. I suffered almost no pain due to surgery, and all feeling has returned. Another healthcare professional I saw after surgery said they had never seen a cleaner, more issue-free result of this type of surgery. I definitely will return to Dr. Dumestre for any future care, and would highly recommend her to others.

Dr. Dumestre did an incredible job on my reconstruction. I was already dealing with the emotional toll of cancer, AND I was really nervous about having a fake-looking "new set. " The results look amazing and natural, and she and her staff were supportive and responsive during the entire cancer journey.

I’ve gone through two surgical procedures with Dr. Dumestre and I can’t recommend her and her staff enough. They provide such a welcoming and comfortable environment as soon as you walk in the door. Dr. Dumestre truly took the time to listen to my concerns and wants with my reconstructive surgery. She nailed it! She’s a beautiful person, inside and out, and is highly skilled at what she does. After spending YEARS hiding behind larger clothes and being incredibly self-conscious about my appearance, I finally made the decision to seek options for a breast reduction. I did tons of research and met with several plastic surgeons, none of whom I vibed with. The moment I met Dr. Ehanire, I knew I had found my person. She actually listened to my concerns with empathy, patiently answered my questions, and made me feel as though I was talking to a friend. Dr. Ehanire is nothing but kind, thoughtful, thorough, and just an angel in her adorable scrubs! From the moment I set up my consultation I knew this place was going to be great! Dr. Haley Bunting is absolutely wonderful and takes her time to get to know you and your concerns. I’ve used other plastic surgeons and none of them have come close to Dr. Bunting! She went above and beyond on my explant and lift. I am so happy!

I don't know how to start this review because this woman did the worse surgery any Doctor could do to a patient, I went to Austin Plastic surgery in 2023 and until today I'm still regrets for letting that woman damage my beautiful breast.
I was looking for a breast reduction and I thought she was gonna be the best Surgeon to perform my need. Big mistake.
It been almost 2 Year and I'm still dealing with the scars on top of that I was supposed to have a breast reduction and lift and now my breast are down again and small. Because one the reason I wasn't happy after the results was the size she removed so much tissue that now I don't have any cleavage I have to wear bra with push up so my breast can look fuller and bigger.
Unfortunately this Doctor are not good on this field.
Before you decide to put your body on Tosan's hands make sure you know what your results may looks like afterwards.

She decided that she wasn't gonna do it
None of them care about the patients needs.
Worst place ever to put your body.

Words cannot describe the care I received from Dr Ehanire. Breast cancer is such a scary journey. From the first visit she was so supportive and caring. For the best part my reconstruction/reduction was an added bonus. I feel so confident and beautiful. Her work is hands down the best! So happy with the outcome. Every time I walked in the office I felt like I was at a spa greeted with smiling faces. Also a shout out to her assistant Amanda. What a stellar team. Thank you Dr Ehanire.
