Austin Process is an amazing team of highly professional process servers! I use process servers frequently as part of my job I am not an attorney, so I always seem to have questions on the process. One specific memory that comes to mind is when a Defendant was evading service so the process server could not personally serve the Defendant. The paralegal that is assigned to our team mentioned substitute service options and she assisted me with this process by providing me lengthy instructions on what to submit to the Court and she even provided me with an example of the Motion and Order that needed to be drafted for the Judge to approve.
