Had been sitting for over 30 min past my appointment time, watching Clifford.

Service was actually really good. I guess it was worth the wait.

I can't say enough about Dr. Hunt! We have been with her since the birth of both of my kids. She is an exceptional doctor!

I have sent multiple messages to the medical staff. They read it and never respond. Horrible communication and lack of professionalism. They do not care about their patients. I will not be returning to this location.

I went to get my flu shot and pneumonia shot 3 days ago and the guy who gave it to me gave both shots in the same arm and I asked him why not do separate arms and he said its faster and you'll be fine. Well by the time I drove back home in Hutto which is just 20min from my home, my entire left arm was the size of a watermelon and I was so scared and upset that I drove right back to the Hutto ARC and showed the guy that gave me both shots and he just laughed about and said someone will see you in a minute. I had already called the ARC's main line ahead of time but nobody acknowledged fault for their mistakes in giving me both shots. But I am still upset because the swelling has not gone all the way down yet and I needed to let others beware of the Hutto ARC because I will never go to them ever again!

Just got off the phone with finance and billing from this ARC location. What poor customer service skills. I was confused as to the billing process regarding charges and a liable party's insurance covering those charges. I wanted to be prepared for how the billing would unfold not using personal insurance. The woman from billing became audibly frustrated and began repeating herself to make it obvious that she was done with the conversation and was not willing to provide actual assistance. After she looped the conversation the third time with the same response to different questions she achieved her passive-aggressive goal. I sighed and conceded, telling her "ok, well thank you for the help, goodbye". Idk If she thinks this is a sly way to cleverly weasel away from assisting a client/ patient and get off a phone call or if she honestly doesn't realize how her attitude and tone are so grievously off-putting and annoying that most would likely rather jump ship than stay on the phone.

Impossible to contact. 1 hour minimum hold times on phone. Rude front office staff, Dr. ’s are impossible to schedule. Worst place for care in the Austin area, look elsewhere.

Nice place. Hardly ever see people in the waiting room. But both time I went it was in the morning. Staff is friendly. Just went for a booster shot both times I was there. It was quick and easy.

ARC Hutto can't seem to hold onto Doctors, the customer service at this location is severely lacking, billing will ding your credit even if you are making payments, the finance department is the worst, treatments for any ailment are pretty much only a temporary fix. Go somewhere else if you can. ARC is not the place for quality care.

Dr. Castillo and Marily LVN are amazing. They are very professional, thorough, approachable and responsive. Dr. Castillo takes her time and provides great patient education.

So my kids primary dr is at the Round Rock location however the Hutto Arc is where you need to be. Dr Hunt, Shailyn, Trina and Angelica all went above and beyond to help see my two children. Very appreciated Thank you so much.

5 stars for Dr Hunt. However 1 star for everything else. On hold for almost 2 hours when we call. The shortest wait time has been 45 minutes. Then they send you to a nurse line that takes another 30 to 45 minutes to get an answer on. Or they hang up on you. The ladies in office are nice enough but when on the phone it seems like they can't be bothered to take a minute out of their day. It's absolutely horrible. We adore Dr Hunt. Shes wonderful with our kids. They are always so excited to see her when they go in. However we are considering moving doctors because of everything that happenes before you get to the actual doctor. Everyone else is going to lose patients for the doctors.

My kids have been seeing dr hunt for about 2 years. And while she is a great doctor, the reception process is a nightmare. For starters the last 2 times I have tried to make an appointment I was on hold for well over 20 minutes. When I did get through the receptionist was very rude and not understanding of my son being sick. And they do indeed have an antiquated process of having to “register” insurance every single time you have an appointment which increases hold time. I have never seen this process anywhere else in my life. I honestly would not recommend ARC.

I heard such AMAZING things about Dr. Hunt and wanted to schedule a meet and greet. Unfortunately, the ARC online scheduling system is a mess and there seems to be some subsequent confusion in the office. I kept getting denied an appointment online because they require insurance information (which doesn't exist for an unborn child) and it would flag the age.rightfully so, since the child is UNBORN. When I called to schedule it over the phone, the receptionist was nice but also seemed to have some confusion on how to schedule the meet and greet. When she looked at their internal system, they only had one evening date available which was completely different from the dozens shown online. The process was all a bit odd. Since the next available meet and greet was over a month away and I didn't feel comfortable waiting that long, I had to make the decision to go with another doctor. My tip, forgo the online system and call them directly, several months in advance if possible.

I can't speak for the doctors themselves, but I called today to try to set up a pediatric meet and greet with Dr. Hunt as we are choosing a pediatrician for our baby that is expected to be born here in a couple of weeks. I waited on the phone for 21 minutes for someone to pick up the first time, and when I told her why I was calling she said, "Ok just a second, " and put me on hold immediately for another 16 minutes before I finally hung up because I couldn't speak to anyone. If this is the way that this clinic is going to handle scheduling appointments, I'm not interested in choosing a doctor in this facility. It's a shame they can't do better in their reception area. I would have scheduled the appointment online but they require insurance information to be submitted, which doesn't exist yet for an unborn child. It's also a free service, so requiring that information to begin with is a bit odd.

Very good people, doctors and nurses are great, but they never answer the phone, if they would answer the phone I would give them 5 stars

If I could give half a star or no star I would.
Based on other reviews I just read, it seems like this is not an uncommon issues that the "front desk receptionist" is rude and just hands you a note to register your children yourself when that information should have been provided ahead of time when the appointment was made or she could have done her job when checking us in.
This was our first time at this location and we will definitely not be coming back. I took my children in for their flu shots this morning bc this was the only location with availability unfortunately. It was first thing in the morning and we waited in the lobby for over 30 minutes for just a nurse appointment for the shots, not even for a doctor visit. I had to ask the rude receptionist how much longer will it be and is there a reason they are running behind bc its still pretty early.
She went to go find out, but on her way, I over heard her talk to another coworker about me being "all flustered for no reason". Yes I'm flustered bc I have seen 6-7 other patients who checked in after us and were all already called back and left while we have been waiting for over half an hour for just a shot. There were several moments during our time there when we were the only patients in the waiting area or when other patients walked up to check in and never even sat down bc they were called back right away. When we finally were taken back, over 30 minutes later, of course the shot took less than 2 minutes.
This was definitely one of the worst experiences I have had at an ARC clinic.
