Dr. Poage and the nurses at ARC went out of their way to make sure we were seen and taken care of.

Had a knee surgery done by the ARC Drs back in 2020. Since the first month of billing a payment plan was set up. Made payments every month, then my account was sent to collections. When calling to ask why, the rep notified me (in November 2021) that my originally payment plan had expired in February of 2021. Even though they continued to take the exact amount of the previous monthly payments from February 2021 unit November 2021 they still sent the account to collections.

After speaking to another team lead or “supervisor”, they notified me they would pull my account from collections and set me back up on another payment plan.

Well they did 1/2 things, they set up the new payment plan and continued to take my payments. Unfortunately they kept my account in collections.

I’ve called 5 times about this, every time the reps just try to gas light an alternative reality. No one will answer the question of “How a customer who makes their payments every month has to suffer the credit score crashing due their representatives continuing to take their payments knowing it wasn’t set up on a payment plan and would be sent to collections? ”

They haven’t even updated the real amount owed to the collection agency. Every month I get the same letter for the same amount even though ARC continues to take payments on a “new plan”. Very greasy, very unprofessional, and extremely unethical.

Come here today, June-13-2019, asking for letter to verify that's my wife is pregnant. Waiting for 1 hr then they came out, answer me that's they're too busy, can't print out for ONLY 2 pieces of paper (my wife, her last name is NGO, is patient of Dr. Monterio), when asked how long does it take to print out, they said that they don't know. It's the worst place to do business, they need to replace the whole staff if they want to compete with the other places. Please think twice if you want to make appointment with this place.

Medical service itself is not bad and I met good doctors there but the clinic sends my lab work to out of network pathologist. Make sure if you have any kind of surgery or operation, you might end up getting a huge bill unexpectedly. Ask your doctor about not only anesthesiologist but also pathologist office. They might end up being out of network. Also, the pathologist they usually work with, named ReithPath Pathology clinic, they are notorious. They refuse to talk to your insurance company. Please ask your doctor if you agree with any kind of surgery and operation, where they send your lab work. Personally, I don't trust their capability, so, even they said they are going to send your lab work to in network providers, you still need to ask whom they send to avoid a surprising bill. Thanks.

ARC at the medical center is wonderful! The front desk folks are kind and efficient. They acknowledge you when you arrive even if busy on phone they make eye contact. Dr. Montiero (obgyn) and his nurse Mandy are 10 stars! Best doctor I have ever seen. Dr. Druhva is a wonderful ENT - very good at reaching root of issues. Dr. Pegany is an excellent internal med doc - very thorough and his nurse Mary is wondeful but he moved to the new location behind Costco and I have not been impressed with this office front desk.

I hate to give a poor review because the doctor here has treated us well. However, I have never encountered such an awful supporting staff. I have had to call the office quite a few times and always seem to get an impatient and condescending woman. I have also had the unpleasant luck of having to speak to the phone "nurse" Beverely, twice. She seems burdened by questions, is very condescending, and interrupted us multiple times on both occassions. On our second phone call, she abruptly ended the call without asking if I needed more help or even a goodbye to let me know she was hanging up. I am very taken aback by the interactions my spouse and I have both had with this office, especially with regard to their lack of sensitivity. If you don't want to be in the business of helping people, you should find another career. It's time to find a new doctor for us, no matter how good this one was. The thought of having to stick with this clinic makes me nauseous.
