Worst after hours clinic. Staff does not listen, makes assumptions and passes it on to the patients.

The men's room has faucets that you have to touch every two seconds for water to keep flowing. So much for hygiene at a medical clinic.

Update: upping to 3 stars since ARC acknowledged the concern and promised to look into it.

I’ve been going here since they’ve opened years ago. I have never had a bad visit. Worst wait time was half an hour which isn’t awful. I appreciate everything doctors and nurses do. I hate to see the bad reviews for this clinic!

I have been taking both of my kids to see Dr. Thompkins since they were born. My eldest is now 14 yrs-old. For the most part, I have been completely satisfied with the care my kids have been receiving at the Hesters Crossing Round Rock location. Ever since COVID hit, I have had trouble with long wait times trying to get an appointment or to get a nurse to call me back. It's frustrating, I know, but by the same token, I've noticed every time we make a visit, the front desk personnel are different and some are in training. By the way some of them are being treated, I can see why they might have a high turnover rate. I'm not making excuses for ARC, but everyone and everything had been impacted by Covid. Instead of being quick to point fingers, let's be more understanding and patient, not only with our health care clinics, but also when we go eat out, shop at stores, and go to the grocery store. I was on the phone with ARC trying to get an appointment for my son. I was on hold for 5 minutes. They are completely booked for today, but I did manage to get an after-hours appointment. It sucks when your kid is sick and can't get immediate attention, but I'm grateful for our nurses and all essential workers.

I was extremely so disappointed & so upset how my ROI (release of information) to Zedgwick was handled on my short term disability. First, nurse Elizabeth didn’t fax anything to Zedgwick! So my case was still pending! I only found out almost a week later, which was yesterday, when I called Zedgwick. Then I called ARC (Round Rock) & spoke to Candy. Sedgwick Examiner Amy told me my case was declined! Why? It was because whoever had sent the fax on my ROI, had unfortunately faxed the wrong information coming from a different Orthopedic doctor (Dr. Driscoll) instead of Daniel Piligian! Though Daniel Piligian was a good physician & very helpful. So I went & called ARC again today & spoke to a guy named Ryan. Miscommunication & negligence on their part (ARC ROUND ROCK) Go somewhere else! DO NOT MAKE ANY APPOINTMENT to see any doctor’s or get lab works done here. Your life is at risk & can be in danger. ARC could be giving out incorrect medical results on to their patients. Scary!

I've been sitting outside for 30 minutes. No one has come out for my test. Guess I'm going inside with Covid to get someone's attention!

This is actually about all of ARC - their MyChart app and the phone system for the whole of Austin are terrible! The administrative clerks who take calls are also terrible. I truly love my doctor, her nurse and the lab staff, but the rest of the ARC system stinks. They lose appointments booked through the app. They either don't answer the phone or put me on extended hold and NEVER connect me to my doctor's office. I will probably have to change doctors again so I can get actual service with some other medical care system.

I was trying to schedule a appointment to have some lab work done at the 940 Hesters crossing rd location. Someone answered at 36 minutes in asked a few questions and put me on hold again. After 2 hours I gave up SMH!

Really poor practice management, no availability for walk-ins, really long hold times with no follow up, poor listening skills by the providers, they are a churn mill for quick in and out. A complete waste of money and time.

Visited Dr. Leong and he was able to get me a same day appointment for a minor surgery, really proficient and efficient! Highly recommend.

A family member was suicidal and called here looking for help. This RUDE DISGUSTING EXCUSE OF A PERSON told him to call somewhere else and HUNG UP ON HIM!
My family member is now in the hospital.
This person should lose their job FOREVER and this is a PATHETIC "Healthcare" facility. They dont understand this concept called MENTAL HEALTH!
Retrain the whole facility.

I had a physical with Dr Jaffer on August 16. I have been waiting for 2 weeks for my lab results because according to the nurses they are waiting for Dr Jaffer to sign off on her recommendations. How long does this take? This is ridiculous, 2 weeks later still have no results and no phone call. To add, I have to wait for at least 30 minutes to get through to talk to someone.

Went here to get my ingrown toenail removed and Told me that they weren’t allowed to remove ingrown toenails. They charged me 25 dollars to tell me that I have an ingrown toenail which I already knew.

Dr Joe Nguyen was Amazing! This past month was one of the roughest I’ve ever experienced medically! I went to Arc round rock to get a Covid test and found out my oxygen level was extremely low! I was sent to the front to see Ms Cindy M. An exceptional Nurse! She came out and tested my oxygen again & told me I needed to go to the ER immediately and I remember telling her if I go I know I won’t return to my family! As a nurse she went above and beyond insuring me it was the best decision for me at the moment. So my wife took me to Baylor and Scott where I had to be placed on oxygen and was eventually released hours later. I left feeling a tab bit better. As the night progress things was getting worst and I knew the experience I got in the hospital and hearing it was no ventilators or room Was horrific. I trusted God will do something for me and the next day Ms Cindy called me to find out how was everything and I couldn’t even speak to her in a full sentence without gasping for air. She hung up and immediately found me help in Dr Nguyen who was off that day and called me from his home to render service to me. He went above and beyond until I could see him the next morning. I was able to get some relief that day! Next day I went to visit with him in the office and his service was exceptional! Today I’m Covid/ Pneumonia free and just working on gaining my strength completely back! I recommend Dr Joe Nguyen and Mrs Cindy M for the best medical service and advice! Arc round rock thank you for these God sent employees!

Getting an appointment by phone or online is impossible. I spent 90 minutes on hold Monday without success and without call back. Then I tried on line but never received the promised appointment after 2 days. So 2 days later I called the number on the online message only to spend another 90 minutes on hold without success. ARC is the last place to go if you need an appointment with a doctor. 0 stars!

I had Dr. Chowdhury and was going in on a problem with my ear, it was slapped by a wave at the beach and I am experiencing hearing loss and muffed hearing (Thought it was a case of swimmers ear).

As i described to Dr. Chowdhury, she was very rude and stated "your ear is fine" after performing a "hearing test" of snapping her fingers on each side of my ear.

I began to tell her that my hearing is not fine and that's why I was there.she said very rudely, "What do you mean muffed? ". Uhm I couldn't be any more clear in my symptom, Dr. Chowdhury insisted that nothing was wrong and that i take Nyquil. Uhm for what? I'm not congested

I could possibly have an inner ear infection or a busted ear drum but Dr. Chowdhury did not give me any of that information. I felt the most uncomfortable I have ever felt in a Dr's office and feel as though my symptoms were dismissed. The visit was basically spent trying to convince Dr. Chowdhury of my muffed ear. How do you not know what a muffed ear is and you're a Dr?
