Office staff is very nice and helpful. There is rarely ever a long wait to be seen. Dr. Williamson is amazing!

Dr. McKenna A. Williamson, DO is the most amazing doctor I have ever had in my life. She treats patients like more than just a number and always makes me feel seen. So welcoming, nurturing, and passionate about her work!

I have had the absolute best experience with my gyn, Bianca Falcon. She treats you like a friend and takes her time answering any questions you may have. She is so knowledgable and by far has been the best experience I have ever had with a medical professional. Going to a gynecologist can be so embarrassing and vulnerable, but she makes it such an uplifting and empowering experience. I think she amazing. Apart from that, the online access to my medical information is so easy to access and the staff is super responsive when I need to call to reschedule or ask any questions. Everyone here that I have interacted with has been so helpful and increased my health!

My 3rd time at ARC was just as smooth as the first 2 visits. I recommend downloading the app, makes scheduling and viewing your Dr notes a breeze.

Excellent experience, Dr Williamson was wonderful, professional, and she explained thoroughly what we could do to treat the issue I was having. She listened to my questions and concerns and made sure she answered them
thoroughly. New to the area, this was my first visit with Dr. Williamson, I was very pleased with her services and highly recommend her.

The best doctors office hands down. From the front desk down to the phlebotomist. I love this doctors office.

BEWARE: The billing and coding department will tell you that your first prenatal visit does not qualify as prenatal since you are going to the office for "encounter for pregnancy" even though you already know you are pregnant. That means your prenatal insurance benefits will not be valid, and you will have to pay for all of the services that the care team tells you to get done. It's a scam. They are just in it for the money.

This review is specifically for Monica with customer relations, as she went above and beyond for me during a very difficult process in transitioning offices. She was friendly, patient and thorough and I’m grateful for her persistence in helping me resolve all my issues!

I've been seen here for both of my pregnancies. Dr. Bhagat has a great personality - when you get a chance to see her. They trade off with a NP for prenatal visits and then you have no clue who your doctor will be for the delivery (whoever is on call). They completely leave it up to you to schedule your own appointments and there is no online system to schedule or reschedule OBGYN appointments. So that is highly annoying. They don't have the notes from my last delivery in my chart so I'm left wondering what really happened. I have to drive over an hour and a half to reach their office and I got tired of driving so far. When I found out my first birth was normal with no real complications. I wanted to try going to the rural hospital that I live next to. When I filled the transfer care form, this office (Dr Bhagat signed this) and hospital sent me a nasty letter stating that they will no longer help me in any case even if there is an emergency with any prenatal care or the delivery (which i might need since the rural hospital has limited care in the case of an emergency and no NICU). I felt this message was very malicious and it stressed me out because they have yet to send my records to the other hospital. I have a long history with this office and this message made me feel like they are more concerned with $$$ than my health and well-being. After 3 years, they still probably don't even remember that I live that far away or all the stress and hassle I go through to get healthcare. They are just petty beyond belief. Thank God I am finally able to prioritize my comfort and not drive so far because they are not worth it.

Horrible customer service. I was 8 min late and I'm still waiting 45 min later. I definitely will not be back to this location.

I’ve wrestled with sharing and giving such a low rating because I actually love my OB, unfortunately my experience with support staff has yet again left me troubled.
On November 28th at 9: 30am I reached out to schedule my 20 wk sonogram and learned that I had missed appointments. To give full context I am dealing with caring for my mother who is battling cancer and this is our second child. Because I’d been going to the hospital weekly with my mother and had been feeling well I’d dropped the ball. I was mortified and angry with myself for not prioritizing my care.
Instead of being asked how I was feeling and immediately scheduled I was chastised and made to feel more horrible than I already did. At some point during the chastisement I began to advocate for myself and asked why I’d not received any alerts. There was nothing on my chart on the online portal. I’d also shared several messages with a NP during that time and she made no mention either. Once I mentioned that her tone changed. I was then put in contact with a triage nurse who tried to excuse their lack of follow-up on my shared intent of being cared for by a midwife which I had to state was false and recount the actual reason a midwife was ever mentioned.

The bottom line is training is needed. There was an opportunity here to be kind, to inquire, to treat me as they would want to be treated and instead I was disrespected. Because of this experience I decided to receive care elsewhere.

My 1st time at this clinic and had a wonderful experience. The staff to nurses was very helpful. Dr. Falcon was amazing and I recommend her for 1st timers. I was nervous at first but she put me at ease the moment she walked in. She’s calm, respectful & answered any questions I had.

Never ever get calls after test results are in, I keep having to check Mychart which half the time I check it’s ALWAYS down. I went a week not knowing I had an abnormal lab result which resulted in rx being sent to a pharmacy. No call, no concern, no information as to which pharmacy either. Also, they always say they will call me to schedule next appointment and they never do! They randomly schedule my appointments without my knowledge or without notifying me.

I was referred to Dr. Cherry for my pregnancy from a friend. DO NOT use her as your obgyn. Dr Cherry is extremely condescending and does not care if you struggle with sciatic nerve pain so severe you can't get back up after laying down. She will also ignore your worry of black dots in vision as well as blurry vision during pregnancy. Dr Cherry treated me worse than this after my child was born. I told her about a concern I had about my nurse during my hospital stay and she laughed then got mad with me for feeling upset. She messed up my stitches for a second degree tear that i still have troubles with almost 3 years later. Two stars because Dr Breedlove was very caring and nice to me in the hospital. As well as the front desk staff, and
the ultrasound technicians.

I had an awful experience getting care here. Dr. Cherry performed a colposcopy on me without pain meds. When I has to repeat the procedure, Dr. Cox was completely unsympathetic to my complaints about the pain the first time, and did not prescribe any pain meds. Do not go to this office, they see patients as animals.

By far the best OB office I've been to. Would recommend this to all friends and family if they need somewhere to go. Every time I've called they let me ask a million questions and answer all of them kindly and patiently. Bedside manner is super important for these appointments and they definitely have it. Emily Nymnan and Dr. Cox are both great. Before I came here, I had one horrific experience with a gyno somewhere else and it made me scared to go back. Although the appointments are never fun, I feel really comfortable and safe here.

I recently had my annual exam as a new patient as the ARC South Ob/Gyn with Bianca Falcon MSN, APRN, FNP-C. The entire staff from receptionist to phlebotomist, to parking, to my NP were above and beyond expectations. Everyone was so friendly, thorough, and really cared. Efficient, clean, and streamlined. Did not have to wait long. Bianca was exceptionally thorough with my health/appointment. She did not rush and took time and made me feel really comfortable to ask/answer questions. She even looked at my history/paperwork with care and proactively asked questions/made helpful suggestions without making me feel pressured. This place is freaking awesome. Highly recommend.

NP smith you are a horrible person I really hope one day you dont get your medication and get very sick. I have been calling and begging the nurses to please refill my Rx until my visit in 3 weeks and never heard back from her or got my Rx, thanks to you not refilling my Rx i will now get really sick, I never had any issues like this when Dr Mumpfry was there.
