Excellent level of service. I have always experienced the highest level of customer service. Austin Shoe Hospital has repaired and maintained my shoes to the best they can be. I have been a customer for over 10 years.

Leather work is excellent and prompt. I have done business there about six times and will continue to do so.

Thank you Todd for yelling at me and continued to yell at me after I told you I am hard of hearing and left my hearing aids at home. Then you were aggressively rude to me after that. To make it worse, I asked if I can pay more to rush a service and then you thought it was a good idea to lecture me very rudely about how you do not do that. Completely unnecessary.

You ruined my day and mistreated a pregnant woman. The fact that I had to apologize for not hearing your last question and having to deal your rude attitude on top of that is insane.

I’m still shocked that I experienced this behavior in West Lake and wish I had it in me to say something at that moment.

Turn around time was excellent. A little more expensive than I thought the work would be, but the boots do look almost brand new.

Brought in some limited edition white converse that were practically grey and had the soles coming apart. Todd did an amazing job in cleaning and regluing the soles for a more than fair price. They look brand new! Highly recommend their work.
