This Brodie Ln.location of Austin Telco has provided yet another outstanding and positive experience with financing for an auto loan. Tori went above and beyond with excellent communication and follow through making the process smooth and easy. I’d highly recommend this location!

I've noticed over the past year, this branch has become very unprofessional. There are two males there, the smaller of the two is helpful, the taller one is arrogant and rude. The female "manager", should not be a manager anywhere!

I’m disappointed in austin telco and over this location. Hours have changed and Friday branches close at 3pm. Say you got a question, try calling in but they turn off the switch board at 3pm. So much for only the lobby being closed.
Thought you all allegedly were member based, why close on Friday early when most people get paid.

Had a deposit from a normal client. Austin Telco put the check on for six days and a half days! Would have asked the manager but she was not in yet.
Called in and spoke with another branch, unfortunately there rep was not helpful or friendly and they told me I needed to check with the branch I deposited it at. Got transferred to speak with manager and she must have thought she was talking to the other austin telco rep but I was on the phone instead. She was heated and saying how she was not going to talk to me if I was rude, she had better things to do. FYI I was not rude or unprofessional. Long story short, got the run around and manager was defensive like I was trying to go around their check holding policy. I only wanted to hear the protocol and policy. Ends up telco has a problem with fraud and checks. For grins chatted with my client who paid our company and the check cleared in less then 24 hours! Ive been a member for almost thirty years and now looking into corporate banks so I can get clear communication and have a bank work with me and my business.

Racist bank tellers and worst attitude given sorry for being Hispanic making Legal funds but we all Work around here like the tellers there or maybe they don’t wanna work but this is the WORST BANK EVER

I wish I can give them zero star First time I came to this location customers the service is horrible the clerk just look at us and the managers not nice at all nothing compared with telco on 290 west and Ben white they the BEST OF THE BEST

I always feel that they provide top notch customer service and are super helpful and nice. I've banked a few places, but love this environment so I've stayed:) thanks guys for treating people well.

This branch has gone down hill. Staff is unfriendly and seem disgruntled. They appear to have problems keeping staff and unfortunately they do a poor job at training new staff. Had to wait in line way too many time for 20 minutes plus while new staff try’s to figure out what to do. Not sure why they don’t hire people with experience or train them properly Not sure if branch manger has changed, perhaps they should change the management and clean house. Definitely not the friendly helpful vibe we use to get from Austin Telco.
