I'm sad to say that I allowed Austin Title Company to charge me $11,081.78 to refinance a mortgage. I was young and alone. This was five years ago, but it pains me that they took advantage of a young, single female. I will never use them again, I will never recommend them, and I'm very saddened at their dishonesty.
Terrible, in 50 years of buying and selling property the worst organization we have ever dealt with. Can never answer a question directly, can never solve a simple issue. Promise things and never deliver. Charged a ton of money for incompetent service.
