Okay so my husband and I entered and the receptionist was pretty aggressive to us, my first reaction was a smile and hello — but she was extremely hostile.

We got there a few mins.past our appointment and I didn’t fill out the paperwork via online. But also not the point.

No matter if I filled the paperwork or not, you should never make a patient feel uncomfortable especially when their walking into a urologist office. She didn’t accept her mistake and kept trying to justify how she “was just saying” but my husband and I were both there and both felt uncomfortable.

So after that unnecessary encounter we sat down filled everything out and obviously weren’t in the best mood. She doesn’t apologize or seem to even clarify herself.

I don’t know about you, but if I make someone uncomfortable whether intentional or not — I would explain to the person how that wasn’t my intention but I apologize for making feel like you were being attacked.

Unfortunately We don’t live in an ideal world and that didn’t happen … disappointed. I will never stand for someone to make me not feel my best especially at a doctors office. My voice deserves to be heard like everyone else.

However our doctor was kind and made us feel comfortable, so made the experience better after that. And the nurse was also pleasant and provided some light humor which elevated our mood.

The receptionist with the blue scrubs was easy-going as well so made us feel at ease at the end of the appointment.

You can get your point across without making someone feel uncomfortable. Bottom line she didn’t apologize at the end of it, which is pretty sad.

I had a 6 mm stone that was blocking my urine for almost a month and a 1/2 and when I finally got insurance doctor Chikara immediately got me into surgery and he works fast. The pain after I woke up was unbearable but that's what happens when you have to pee out fragments of stones. I'm so happy because he did not have to use a stint when I woke up. I was just able to be out the blood and fragments.

He has help my brother Steve in more ways than one. And the staff are really friendly so that is another plus.
