Austin Waters at Tech Ridge

Thanks to my coworkers. It is very satisfying to work in a place where the residents have such a good opinion in general. That is why we work hard to have happy residents.

I appreciate the swiftness in any maintenance request. They are always so fast and friendly. The staff is always friendly and I appreciate the activities the office puts together. They are also very personable. Overall a great place to live!

Service requests are always timely and they fix the problem. I have a disposal that is not working but all other things have been fixed. Perhaps they're having to order a new one.

Left my apartment spotless and in perfect condition when i left.they still took my whole desposit for cleaning fees.my friend lives here aswell.hes got cockroaches and has asked for pest control multiple times.

This is a beautiful community and the leasing office is very helpful in terms of maintenance and service issues. But safety is a huge concern.packages, door deliveries left at the door steps get stolen.my friend's car got broken into and they attempted to steal the car. There are no surveillance camera anywhere in the community except the entrances and when checked with the front office they were not of much help. One weekend there was a pool party by outsiders in the night with loud music which went on till the wee hours and the leasing office also didnt have any clue.

I moved here a little over a month ago and love it. This place is quiet, feels safe, and everyone that works here has been really nice and helpful. One of the best places I've ever lived.

Austin water is a great community with a dog park and a small park in it. It is a really safe community. All neighbors seems to be very nice. There is no incident such as noise from outside or even coming from the top floor. Love to live here. This is best place as groceries store such as Walmart, HEB on the same exit.

I had previously signed with a different complex, and last minute things fell through and I had to find something new. An apartment locator found me Austin Waters, I have been here since July of 2022 and I have loved every minute! First off, they were so understanding of my situation and wanted to make sure I was taken care of, which said a lot considering most of these places are just out to get as much money from you as possible. This complex is quiet, everyone is extremely friendly, and most importantly, I feel safe here. I've lived at quite a few different apartments in Austin, and this has been my best experience by far. The office is super friendly and are always doing things to engage residents (i.e. Food trucks coming to the property, fun resident events at the office, things for the family, etc.). Maintenance has always been out within an hour or two of when I put in a request. Not to mention, you're practically walking distance from a super nice HEB, a new cool family friendly outdoor sports bar/restaurant called The Pitch, Pinstacks, relatively close to the Domain and downtown, and more! There are a couple things that I wish were included in the amount that I pay, considering my washer/dryer (but hey, at least they have the hookups:) ) and valet trash would be nice, but all in all I really cannot complain. If you're new to the Austin area, or are just looking for a different renting experience, I highly recommend Austin Waters!

The staff here has been amazing. They adress issues quickly and get things done. I haven't been able to hear my neighbors through the walls. All and All loving the complex.

Austin Waters is an awesome community, I have great neighbors always ready to have a nice chat with me, the office staff is friendly and always ready to talk sports. The gym is great, awesome pool area they bring in food trucks for the residents to enjoy everyone here is so friendly, haven't met a rude person yet. Downtown just 15 minutes away, the Domain 10 minutes away, Q2 Stadium 10 minutes and the Pitch is a short walk. Carrisa is the best Property Manager I have ever had. Thanks Austin Waters for making this a great place to live.

I arrived at the rental office to view an apartment at 4pm as I had been looking forward to this opportunity to see the unit in person and determine if it would be a suitable option. My apartment locator had made the appointment on my behalf after researching the company and the available units. However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment as I was informed by the representative that there were no units available to show.

I was flabbergasted by this news, as the appointment had been specifically made to view the unit at this time, and it seemed highly improbable that the representative was unaware of this fact. It was a waste of my time, energy, and resources to make the trip to the rental office, only to be told that there were no units available to view. This lack of transparency and efficiency on the part of the rental company is highly unacceptable and has caused a great deal of frustration.

I understand that things can come up and plans can change, but it is the responsibility of the rental company to ensure that they are able to accommodate the needs of their prospective tenants. It is highly unprofessional to make an appointment for a unit viewing when it is known that there are no units available to show, and it reflects poorly on the competency of the company's operations as a whole. I hope that this issue can be addressed and resolved in a satisfactory manner.

I love living here at Austin Waters! I don't have any complaints and recently renewed my lease.

If you like a safe and quiet community, you will love living here. They have the best leasing office, always on the top things. They have an amazing lake view. My favorite amenities are the lake view and the pool. The interior is very cute and hardly any bugs. This area is also nice because you’re not even 5 minutes away from the AMC theater and from HEB.

Just moved here a couples months ago. I love the location and the view (a nice “lake”) lots of natural light which is a must. Overall happy with these apartments

Ridiculous move out fees. Manager was not able to even explain some of the charges on the account. Not a gated community so you get a lot of randoms roaming around. Later found out manager move in into our apartment so that explains all the extra charges for “renovations”
Following up: Carissa denied all concerns I had and passed me on to her “manager” which never replied to my email. Lack of professionalism to say the least! Do not rent here because once you have a problem you will become an unwanted tenant and be ignored by upper management! PS: lots of bots giving 5 stars lol this place is ridiculous and thirsty for 5 stars

Austin Waters is a great community with amazing staff! Kaden at the front desk is so friendly and helpful as well as all of the other office staff, too. They're always hosting fun events and bring amazing food trucks out to residents. Plus the coffee tap in the office is to die for! Beautiful amenities and pool as well.
