Edit: A response to the owner: This was when Knife Sharpest was in a storage facility on north Burnet. So it was a few years ago. Perhaps it was an employee you no longer have. I use my knives everyday. I know when they are sharp or not. I did specifically ask if they could do serrated knives. I was told yes. They came back to me with the points sanded down.

I am extremely pleased at the way things worked out. I can literally shave my face with the knifes now.

Stopped by and dropped off some kitchen knives and my beloved Damascus boline and was tickled to death to see Anthony working. He has always done a superb job and also holds interesting conversation While you wait for them to be sharpened, you can take a stroll in the nearby park and get in touch with nature. Great response time. COVID aware and safe distances were recognized. My knives and branch trimming tool are now as sharp, if not sharper, then when I first got them. Price was great as was the turnover time and service. I HIGHLY recommend Austin’s Knife Sharpest! 10 out of 10.

Very happy with the service I received today. I brought a Spyderco Para 3 in for a polish that came out really nicely (and sharpened), an old Kershaw Leek that needed the tip remade, a large chef’s knife and pair of kitchen shears. All for $20 and stropped to a mirror finish!

Called ahead and was able to get my kitchen knives sharpened that day! Super convenient and very affordable! Highly recommend!

A local pro, currently working from home. Not a great area of town, but he's awesome. Call ahead for the best experience. Super affordable, super friendly. I stopped by on a holiday, had my 2 knives back in less than 10 minutes.

Took 5 pair of scissors to Anthony today. Got them back the same afternoon. All work great including a pair I took to someone else a few years ago that did not. Thank you Anthony. I will be back (I have a lot of sewing scissors).

I found Knife Sharpest years ago when they were on Burnet Rd. After that location closed, I didn't find another place I liked as much as them. Finding them again was awesome. I took about 30 knives to them and they all came back perfectly sharp. The price is also great!
