Austin's Pizza Four Points

The customer service here is amazing! A while back I ordered pizza, drinks and a salad for delivery and when I received my order toppings and my drinks were missing. I called the store and the guy who answered the phone explained to me that they don’t have their own drivers, they only used third party drivers like door dash. Because of this they couldn’t easily just send me a new pizza. I have no idea how they ended up doing this but the worker basically placed another online order for me for free and 20 minutes later a door dash driver showed up with replacement food! It’s really rare to find customer service this good now days.

I wouldn’t order here. There’s only one bathroom for customers and employees and there’s no soap to wash hands.

I called to place a carry out order and I was told that I had to make a payment over the phone in order to place a order… my husband was at the four point heb and unfortunately my card is in his car.

I told the guy.what if I was paying cash? He ignored me and said I can’t accept the order.

That’s crazy because I order all the time by my job and never had this issue and we just moved to four points and have this weird issue.

Love the other locations, Austin’s was once my fav pizza in Austin, but this one is always delivered 2 hours after you place the order & the food is not up to par with the others?

The worse pizza I have ever had. The crust was so bad it looked fried. Every slice was falling apart. Not sure how they make the pizza here but it was horrible.

Delivery took 1 h 50 m to get here and the pizza is cold. They use a ride share company to manage their deliveries. If that had been advertised on their website, we would have passed.

Worst pizza I have ever had. Hard, dry, chewy. Very little sauce, cheese or toppings. Pricey. Our children had difficulty biting into it. Better off with a frozen pizza. Would cost less and taste better.

Can you please put salt and shortening in the pizza dough. You will have better business.

We have too many people in our party for seeding there. So we really didn't get to try it out. But the pizza smelled very good.

Pizzas are very thin, like crepe.
Super Pepperoni Pizza (10inch) had 14 pepperoni slices, and I added jalapenos, and total about 10 came in, and it was charged 2-3 dollars extra for the delivery.
Also Vegetarian Pizza had chunk of bell pepper, not sure why it wasnt cut smaller. This was also bit undercooked than it should be. Pepperoni pizza tasted meh, and Vegetarian pizza didn't taste good.

Despite the negative reviews, I really enjoyed my first experience with this place. I have actually not been impressed with the pizza places near 620 that I have tried since moving to the area in June 2020. Tried this place on a whim after seeing it near HEB. Ordered through Door Dash and loved it. I will definitely be ordering again. Here’s to Austin’s hopefully being my new go to for pizza.

We ordered a vegan pizza (sub for vegan cheese) and it came with feta cheese on it. Of course it took me a hot minute to see it- most of the pizza was gone, and my daughter has a severe dairy allergy. I called and when I finally spoke to a manager, he didn’t sound concerned at all, what’s the problem attitude- not even an apology. If they don’t care about the customer or details, what else are they going to slide on? Another manager is suppose to call. We will see what they say next. We don’t plan on ever eating there again.

Great pizza and excellent service. The employees are amazing, and make you feel like you’re at home. This is my preferred pizza shop.
