Over priced
Left a little early and wouldn’t give me deposit back and complained about a little fire I had going for my daughter to roast marshmallows

Nice park. Excellent location we were attending an event at the high school & it was about 10 minutes away. Also, ease of getting to the highway (fee minutes away), so easy access to downtown Austin.

Can't wait till this place deserves the term "Resort". Nice place, but rather barebones. Everyone was super nice and helpful.

Fairly new RV Resort. The owners have poured their hearts into this facility and it is outstanding. It’s super clean, all sites are spacious and concrete, excellent power, water and waste connections and WiFi is outstanding. It is such a gem and we had no idea it was here and so close to great fun in austin proper. We will absolutely be back!

We have loved staying at this RV resort. This is our 2nd stay, a month each time. The ladies at the front are so friendly. The location is perfect to Austin & the airport but still in the country. The spots are huge and having trees to park under from the sun is great. Once they have all the amenities complete this will be the top RV park around Austin.

This place is beautiful. Wish we were staying for more than just one night. Love all the green and the spacious concrete sites. This will hopefully become a regular stop when we travel cross-country.

Great RV park. Nice spacing between sites. Grassy area for dog. This is a new park so not everything is in yet but we still had a great time. Good location for visiting Austin. Hosts were very pleasant.

We stayed at this RV resort for Moto GP and it was great. The resort is super clean, the pads are perfect, level, and spacious with plenty of room for RV and bikes. The staff are super friendly. They are working on adding some amenities and when they do, this park will be unbeatable. We also got hung up on some things and went 30 mins over the checkout time. We stopped by the office to see if we owed anything and they were very understanding. WiFi was great and they are using Ubiquiti WAPs in a mesh setup, so pretty decent coverage. Will definitely be staying here each year if Moto GP stays.

Honestly, this has probably been our favorite RV park on our 4 month journey. Mostly because when they say "Big Rig Friendly" they mean it! We have a 40ft class A motorhome that hauls a 24ft trailer with a jeep on it. We loved this park because it was the only park that had long enough spots that we didn't have to unhook the trailer. We were only here for a couple days so it was super convenient! We also were getting in after dark because we had a tire blowout outside of Austin and they were responsive and helpful with letting us know our spot number and leaving the info up front. Utilities were all conveniently located. Spots are concrete and are all level. They also have good wifi and pet bags throughout. The park is new and more sites are currently being built. Currently, I wouldn't call it a RV resort, but maybe if they continue adding amenities over time, it could be a resort. I would come back again.

They charge extra for for electric overage yet there is no meter at the power pedestal. You have to take their word that your rig used more power than is possible for your rig at max capacity. They just took the money out of our account when they only were authorized for rent.
They promised aminaties that were never delivered. The price was not worth it. They basically provided a concrete pad for $900 a month. I have and am staying at far better for way less money.

We stayed little over a month and you will not find a better place! Love the cleanliness of the park. Most respectful /friendliest people. Tiffany is a rockstar, always smiling and lending a helping hand.

Awesome spot! Although still going through construction, we opted to stay on the newer side closer to the construction (site 91). Construction noise was never an issue the entire duration of our stay. Sites are adequately spaced and actually are big rig friendly (some claim to be but clearly are not). We had no issues navigating our 47ft rig. Hookups were perfect. We did not use the WiFi since we have a Hotspot but it was free and available if needed. I loved the trees that they kept throughout the area, it made it feel more naturally beautiful vs just a concrete jungle. Staff was fabulous and even hand delivered a lost Amazon package we had ordered to the park. The location is ideal for adventuring downtown into Austin (maybe 15/20, depending on traffic). I am looking forward to seeing their forward progress in the future! 10/10 reccomend for a short or extended stay! Thanks yall!

We are full time RVers from Virginia Beach traveling in our 47ft Voltage Toyhauler. Happy and safe travels yall

I enjoyed my 1 week stay here 2 years ago. My neighbors were AWESOME, even got my CTC detailed while I was at work 1 day and came back home to BBQ plate. This was before the expansion was complete so the owner was awesome letting me stay in my CTC (cargo trailer conversion because it was built to code) I work as a self employed house painter so I was at work most the day. Got a job starting next week in the same area so I was sad to see the new rules now but understand, progress sequels change.
