Not very friendly. I sat and waited about 8 minutes as they stared at me. I got out the car, went in the building to get service.no one is in there. I went back outside.stood at the garage door where they all stared and kept working.waited about 10 more minutes while they serviced others that were there before and after I arrived and as I pulled away one of the ones that were staring walked out but I was on the road by then. He saw me.they all saw me in the first place.there's no way I would ever go there for service! NOT one of them said a word to me! They'd be really convenient for my family because I live 4 houses down the street. After I left there I found a different place with a 360 degree better experience.well worth the money and travel time to Mansfield.

Been going here for years, John is extremely hard working and will never make you pay more money than you have to. Love it here.

Above and beyond customer service. Always super attentive even with a garage full of cars, they will take a second to greet you and ask what brings you in today. They will do their best to get you taken care of as quickly as possible and deliver incredible quality!

Mechanics are extremely rude and especially the older one with tattoos. I would give them zero stars if I could. They will not take the time to look at your car or tell you when they can get to it instead. They tell you something random is wrong with your car without looking at it so they have something they can charge you for.

They charged me $27 just for labor of oil change. I provided them my own oil and filter.
I have been doing business with them for last 4 years. They always charged me $15 labor for oil change. This time there was a new guy and told me because it’s a mini van that’s why he’s charging me $27. I told him dude I provided you my own oil and filter. It shouldn’t matter if it’s a mini van or a sedan

Shop is really good with doing alignments and wheel balancing. They always get my car right when I get new tires.

I bought a used tire with good tread. Did not spend a lot of time there. My son told me price should be $40 and it was. I asked about warranty and was told only 2-3 days.y. If anything happens, come back. So far 3 days have gone. I rode thru 9 different cities, so I guess I'm good.

Always a great experience with John and crew. Work done and completed in timely manner at reasonable cost.

These people are dishonest! I purchased a new tire that went bad right away so I came to replace and they claim they have no idea about my warranty! I showed them receipt and they come up with another excuse. They do not care! They over charge and sold me a fake warranty, they don’t care about customers at all.
