This family and this company has been truly a blessing to me and my family. Chip, Rome, Tracy and Chad have literally treated my family like one of their own. They are fair and honest people. I have no idea how many cars I have bought from them over the years and they were ALL TOP quality and in excellent condition. Never had a problem. I literally had my eyes set on one specific vehicle and would not consider anything different. I appreciate how diligent these two worked on getting me approved and into the car of my dreams even when things looked like they wouldn’t work. Tucker even went as far as helping me install my car seat! Everyone is super nice here with amazing personalities which leaves me no choice but to advise anyone in the market for a car to see them first!

FAIR WARNING: Unless you want to be de-frauded and have your money stolen from your pocket, I’d stay as FAR away from this place as POSSIBLE! Bunch of criminals behind desks taking advantage of people. Down payment somehow “magically disappeared “ and they are too big of wimps to talk about it. They just hang up on you when you call. After working in dealerships for MANY MANY years, I can assure you that this is as jicky as they come!

Service was awful they never called back. I was on hold for almost a hour! Not a place I would recommend to anyone they say they want to help you into a car and that just didn’t happen because they never called us back waste of my time

Dealt with Marco who was great salesman but when I returned to provide down payment for vehicle, some other woman that worked there was very rude & disrespectful saying she wouldn't take a payment from me and then started talking about my shoes. Don't bother going to this place. There's no "Class" at Auto Class Direct

Really happy with my experience. Micah was awesome. I went to the lot nervous as this was my first experience buying a car from a dealership. The minute I started talking to him I settled down. He seems like a hard worker who really enjoys his job. He was helping multiple people at once and never did I feel like I was being ignored or put on the back burner. In the end I went home with the vehicle I had my eye one. I would defiantly recommended people to him.

Everybody here was incredibly amazing. Pricing is very fair and there is no beating around the bush. But what most most impressed me was how I was treated. I have hit a hard spot in my credit and was very embarrassed about. Micah was very understanding and did not make me feel bad about it. Tracy worked her magic and got me into an incredible vehicle that I love and can afford. Brian put me at ease while I was signing my documents. I highly recommend Auto Class Direct for anyone looking for a quality used vehicle.

Drove 20 mins they said we were approved for a car up to 20k we get there they tell us to go to there sister company that had more cars. Donald said it was right down the street. It ended up being 25 mins away. When we got there he had no clue what he was talking bout wasted a whole day of my time. Very unprofessional very unprofessional very professional wouldn't recommend them to nobody especially Donald.
