15They said they had the part when I called, but after I got there, paid, and waited an hour in their filthy lobby, they said they couldn’t find the part and I was issued a refund.
Recently this business has been going downhill while they’re prices go uphill. Staff is incredibly unprofessional and have no customer service. Having issues with them left and right lately and sucks to rate them as a whole because there is a couple of staff members who are attentive when ordering over the phone.
Best place ive ever gotten parts from, the staff was so nice, they helped me and help me figure out exactly what i needed for my vehicle i would recommend this spot to anyone!
Bad n ugly those guys working thare are nothing but a joke lazy as he. They walk like a. Bord they have to ask permission on foot to be able to raise the other foot lazy lazy lazy as it can be that way they talk to customers like they don't want to be thare. They should hired new people that wants to work n not just people that goes to make a lazzzzzzzzyyyyyyyyy
I talk to the manager juan about some problems I had with these lady Olvia about her not been performens but she still have a bad attitude I guess the Managers don't care about there customers I don't really recommend these place im changing my business to another place
Called to order a part and was immediate placed on hold. I stayed on hold for about 4 minutes before giving up.
First time there and they were quick to look up the part I wanted. They were busy that time of day 2: 55 p.m. A little wait for them to get the part and bring it out. In all I was in and out in about 30 minutes. I thought that was real good considering how busy they were. I will definitely be back and tell all my fellow Auto workers and friends about them. Oh yeah, prices were good also.
Although I was wearing my “required mask” because my partner wouldn’t BUY A MASK FOR $1.00 to sit 10 feet away from other people, after buying my part they refused to pull it and I had to get a refund. The “manager” Jose lied straight to my face and said they don’t have the part, but my body shop just called and they are delivering it to him. Meanwhile because they believe I don’t speak Spanish, and they called me jojota and guera. They are likely laughing that I left after shaking the hand of the guy that just lied to my face, the funniest part for me is- they wanted to sell a mask for a dollar, but had no problem SHAKING MY HAND. Ha.
If you go be prepared that they are being irrational about masks. My wife went in because I did not have a mask but they would gladly sell me one for a $1. No Thanks. She went in ordered and paid for the part. Their sign by the door says no one without masks beyond this point. I stayed behind that point. Another guy approached me and said Did you have your mask? I said no and I am behind the point where it says one is needed. Then to be vindictive they told me they did not have the part we had already paid for and were waiting for them to pull. The manager lied and said it was out of stock. I got back to my dealership and called my paint and body guy. He called Autofit and what do you know.they are bringing the part to him tomorrow. Guy lied right to my wife's face and what a racket. $1 a mask that doesn't work when you can buy an entire box of 500 for $4. If you can buy elsewhere I would highly recommend it.
The Persian guy the owner trained his staff to be horrible to their customer they make it impossible to return any product first they asked for a receipt then they ask for the original packaging then they ask for more than seven days they’re not going to return they make it impossible to exchange or return we are in the business to buy the parts for our cars ahead of time and by the time it gets done probably takes more than two weeks wrong parts most of the time they make lotta mistakes they give you wrong parts.anyways they don’t return it I got stuck with $2600 worth of parts because of their mistake giving us the wrong parts horrible service they don’t want to deliver and when we go there my employee has to wait hours because they don’t care to help again everything comes from the owner and the management. I do not recommend them at all you can call Certifit eagle auto parts, Simmons they are much better company out there body part cannot rotten so please change your policy and do the return for the right part or at least store credit
Very bad customer service, rude to customers, not floor plan. Very bad system, you have to make a long line to order, then you have to make another long line to pay. Then you have to wait for your parts another hour or so. Then they will tell they can't find if. Very bad overall.
You can literally waste your time waiting for your part up to an hour after you've paid. I've been coming here for years and it's always 50/50 meaning they might have it or might not. Even if their computer shows they have it, it could be an error and its really not there. Who suffers? You. The employees do not get comission and work an hourly wage, so they really don't care either way. Cheap prices but always a gamble on your time
Bottom line: At one time they had good service, good prices for parts that you knew were cheap aftermarket replacement.
Now it's a waste of time for expensive tyc parts you can get from Amazon at half the price.
Avoid at all costs, I had been a customer of them from before they moved from the mockingbird location. Also been back for more parts after they moved the current location.
You walk in and just wait and wait, then the counter people have an attitude, then wait in line for cashier, then wait in the lobby for the parts to come out.
That would work if you get a price that justifies the waiting but I called and got a price. Then I go in person to be given a different and made me waste my time on a trip. Maybe it's time for Amazon to take more of my money.
WORKING WITH BUNCH OF COMPANIES, BUT THIS ONE IS A JOKE, THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO BEHAVE AND BE POLITE TO CUSTOMERS. THIS IS A VERY VERY BAD COMPANY TO WORK, ADVISE FIND YOUR PARTS FROM AN OTHER PLACE OTHER WISE YOU WILL HAVE BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM.
Everytime I go there I waste 1 hr at least that is pretty SAD, waiting for headlight or a fender, USELESS
