From the moment I stepped foot inside the store, Craig was professional, respectable, and extremely knowledgeable. He presented to me excellent quality cars and assisted me (being a first time car buyer). Went above and beyond to assure my confidence on buying the right car and even stayed late due to me having troubles with my email and bank app. I am very happy with the 2016 Chevy Spark I purchased and grateful for the best customer service I have experienced in this town.

Amazing and knowledgeable Craig was quick in helping my brother to find the perfect car for me! He went above and beyond and was very patient with the questions I had when acclimating to the vehicle. Worked very well with us collaboratively to find the best fit and was able to have us walking off the lot with an overall exceptional vehicle.

This so called Car Dealer is NOT serious about doing business with someone who’s interested! Someone who had already called him (Mr Craig) more than 4 times! The last call before today was a discussion where I specifically asked Mr Craig to text me the link to his website which he said he would so that I could fill out an application but Mr Craig wanted to have a debate about him saying that he sent the link to me! Well guess what? If I had received the text from him I wouldn’t have called him today asking about it again. I specifically told “I’m not saying you didn’t send it but I’m letting you know that I did not receive it”! At that point, Mr Craig as a business man should’ve simply said “Ok Mr Rodríguez let me keep you on the phone and I’ll send it to you as we are talking” but as you can see, Mr Craig didn’t do that! He wanted to go back and forth about him sending it versus just sending it to me and simply giving the customer what they’ve requested! As long as I’ve been in Customer Service I learned that if a Customer has a request, all you need to do is do as they’ve requested and let’s go forward with business, make a deal and watch a Customer leave your place of business satisfied! When they leave your establishment satisfied guess what happens! They come back with future customers or they let others know how you took care of them and how you have them the Customer Service that they deserve and the Customer Service they will turn them into longtime and repeat Customers who will always send business your way! It’s that SIMPLE and it’s what’s called TOP QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE! Which is also known as good business Mr Craig! So you may want to sharpen your Customer Service skills and learn how to simply give the Customer what they want, need or request from you. Remember, you are NOT the only one who’s selling cats in the Dallas / Fort Worth area!

Searching for a used car is a challenge to put it mildly. Craig at Auto Hangar in Azle is a pleasure to do business with. We found a very nice Acura RDX for our daughter and Craig made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. He allowed me to take the car for a prepurchase inspection and filled the gas tank for us before leaving. I highly recommend Craig and Auto Hangar for a knowledgeable and friendly car buying experience. I'll certainly be in touch with Craig on my next automobile purchase.

This was the best and easiest car buying experience ever! We drove across DFW to check out a Honda Odyssey we found online. Craig was extremely friendly, helpful, honest and not at all pushy. The van was in such great condition, obviously chosen for the quality and not because it was a cheap auction buy. He knows what to look for and sells quality vehicles. It was totally worth the drive and I'll do it again if I need another vehicle in the future.

This is a great little small town dealership. While they have a limited selection, what I saw all appeared to be quality vehicles at great deal prices. I saw a vehicle on line that peaked my interest so I called and found it was still available. Initially I was reluctant to drive that far (82 miles), but am glad I did. Craig, the owner, is a personable and ethical man. After I test drove the vehicle I was interested in, I mentioned that I would like to bring my wife back to see it. He suggested I take the car home overnight. When I brought it back the next day he never pressured me to buy it, but he didn’t have to. I was sold! Then, after agreeing to purchase the vehicle he went above and beyond by driving my car back the 82 miles to my home with someone else following him to take him back. Granted this also allowed to get some paperwork signed by my wife, but I doubt any other dealership would have gone that far!
