When you want to do a test drive they are ready no need for all the paperwork before the test drive. This is definitely a no hassle situation when buying a car. The 2013 Chevy 1500 truck that I purchased was very clean on the inside and out for a 10 year old truck and drove fine during the test drive, which they let me do by myself.

We’ve know Richard and his family through our kid’s growing up together the past decade plus. I do believe he cheats at basketball BUT he’s never cheated me on autos. Flew in from out of state to purchase a car from this dealership because it had great reviews but when I saw the car in person it did not meet my expectations at all. Please beware of this dealership I fear they do not participate in very above board business practices regarding previous damage to car not listed on Carfax that is clearly newer work done with inferior/cheap parts. I ended up going up the street to CarMax and purchased a much better car for a little more money but I'd say the trade off is well worth it and I didn't have to fly home empty handed.

So I'm new to Dallas and a friend suggested ALT as an alternative to shopping from a traditional car lot. Since I had a specific car in mind, I simply gave my specs to the rep and he "found" me the exact car I was looking for at a price much lower than anything I found from local dealer inventory. I showed up, test drove it, signed and drove off the lot in less than 30 min total. At my request, they even had the windows tinted before I arrived. Almost too good to be true. It was hands down the best car buying experience I've had. I will definitely be a repeat customer when we are in the market again.
