12They like to Scam, I asked them before I got there, I saw that they had a 2015 malibu for parts on Facebook and I texted the guy, he said 70 for the radio and 60 each seat, 60 for plastic panels including the steering wheel and 30 for each door panel. I got there and they asked 120 for the radio and 150 for the plastics trims without the steering wheel so I told them the prices they said on the phone but they said that they couldn’t do that price because it was too cheap for them even tho we had already agreed on a price.
I went there to get trunk latch and motor $30 the took it off for the old car at yard and it works great! THANK YOU JOE. Very nice gentlemen.
I would advise customers not to call this junkyard or even go there to look for parts. They are liars and have no consciences. They would sell you the wrong parts without allowing you to see it beforehand with the pretext of giving you a free delivery service. They often try to take advantage of their so-socalled "No Refund, Only exchange" Policy to rip customers off. I know Karma would catch up to them one day.
I work for a company. A company vehicle needed a motor. Auto parts house said and sold me a motor that was "ran and tested" which was complete b.s. Motor had no compression AT ALL as soon as it was even installed which was literally next day and tried starting. Drained the brand new oil I put in and it had some milky oil meaning the head gaskets had been blown before. Called immediately for a warranty or a refund. No refund only store credit. Who wants to let $1000 sit somewhere? I can understand $100 maybe but $1000? Waited PATIENTLY for another motor to be found and each week it was always "well we are still looking In the auction for a motor". After about a month and a half my boss (owner of company) told them at this point we'll need a refund or we'll have to take this to court. Well, because of that comment they "stopped looking for a replacement motor". It's been 2 and 1/2 months now and tried not take things the legal way yet they still won't refund anything. They offer Store credit and continue looking for a replacement motor. Why continue? So they can take another 2-3-4 months and each week being told "well we still looking for a motor". AVOID THIS PLACE. Better to go to LKQ than to deal with this type of "service and warranty" they provide.

Auto parts house still hasn't warrantied or replaced the motor that I purchased almost 6 months ago that was defective. Still refuses to give a refund. Still gives a run around as to why "can't find a motor". Been calling every week. NEVER in 10 years of dealing with junkyards have I dealt with this type of service.
Called about a part, they said they had it and to come get it. The part wasn't ready but they pulled it quickly. A little high on the price but they negotiated to a fair price. The guy at the counter was so nice and friendly.
This place has the worst service I have ever seen. They are rude, their parts never work and they won’t exchange it for another one even though they guarantee you 60days. I paid $800 for the engine but I haven’t gotten nothing back till now. Steer clear away from them. They rip you off your money!
They are the worst human beings alive, I bought a radio from them that was supposedly working but it wasn’t. I went to return the radio and I would not give me a refund and they took the radio and would not give me the radio or the money. I wouldn’t want anybody to get ripped off like I did and I would steer clear away from them If I were you
These guys are the best! Even after their shop was closed. I thank u for knowing how to do the plug on my starter.
The guy just hangs up on you if they dont have your part and i was gonna ask to see if they had other parts but i guess not
Horrible customer service, went to buy a hyundai santa fe alternator I tried to explain to him I needed a 3.3 one and tried to tell him the details to the car, he said that is enough I am talking too much, he gave me 2.7 litre one anyway, trying to hope it fits and I am thinking I got the right one. I kept quiet despite his rude service coz I needed the part and thought the price was reasonable. It did not fit. When I came back he don't have the part and could only give me 75% of my money and got mad when I got angry with him. I drove 50 minutes twice you should say whether you have the right parts and if not accept your mistake and refund the money. Don't know how he is still in business. Not going back. Ithe is different if I pulled the part. The part was in Stock for the next 25%rip off. He probably will sell it to two more unsuspecting customers.
I drove all the way from balch springs tfor a transmission for my expedition last week only for it to be the wrong year. When I called and returned for an exchange they didn't have it on site and i was asked to return the following day. So 40 miles round trip ive made twice for no reason an still have to do it once more. Update. It's Sunday now and this guy hasn't made any progress on finding me the part ive already paid for. 400 no transmission and they won't refund my money. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Trash service ran by trash people who feel like you inconvenience them by coming to their shop and asking them to do anything besides sit there
