We purchased a vehicle here and were disappointed our experience. First the car was more than 4,000 miles past due for an oil change and the tire sensor could not reset. Next, less than three days later, every light on the dash came on. We reached out to Ana and it took her more than a day to get back to us. (It never took that long before we purchased the vehicle.) They finally told us to bring it in but considering they missed an oil change and the tire light sensors, we didn't expect them to adequately address the issues. We had to take it to get repaired. Spent over $2,800 to make sure the car was taken care of running well. I will say they did replace two tires before we initially took the car. I would definitely not make this purchase again. And I would definitely have my mechanic check out any car I purchased.

Still my favorite auto dealership. This will be our second purchase. Great prices, and great cars and trucks. Oh, and most importantly, the staff is professional and honest!

Traveled here from Oklahoma on 2-10-23 to check out a Dodge challenger. This dealership is A-1! The customer service is great. They really made me and my family feel welcomed. They work well with my credit union to make the sale happen. Making the sale was a little tricky due to my credit union being based out of Memphis and the dealership being in Houston. The lady I worked with was Anna. She is a SUPERSTAR! She was a big reason why the transaction went as smooth as it did. She worked very closely with my loan officer at my credit to get the sale done. Auto Selection Inc.made sure the vehicle was safe and ready to make drive back to Oklahoma. The vehicle made it back to Oklahoma without any issues. Anna checked in the next day to make sure my family and I made it back home safely. That meant a lot to me. Had a small issue getting vehicle registered when I got back home to Oklahoma and Anna helped get that issue resolved! I do apologize about the lengthy review; I just wanted to give an accurate review on my experience with Auto Selection Inc. Auto Selection, you all are very lucky and blessed to Anna. I would definitely do business with them again. I recommend this dealership as well!
