I found out why they have such high ratings. It's because they have such high and honest service. I can't tell you how many cars I watched. Go through the lines for oil changes inspections. They definitely will get my repeat business!

especially if you are a young woman looking for help in an emergent situation.they will try to take advantage of you and get as much money as they can.i was moving from dallas to chicago and driving when one hour in my car AC went out…this had happened before and a quick recharge of freon fixed the problem.i call and ask if they can recharge and they said absolutely.i was willing to pay however much so that i wouldn’t have to drive 14 hours in 90 degree weather.he said $179 and i agreed thinking they would be able to fix the problem, even for a short period of time.previously i had a FULL recharge done for $80.they take a look at my car and come up telling me i needed a recharge on freon.also, that i need a cabin filter change and they can do it for $50.i said no that is absurd and then did it myself for $15 after i left their shop.they put 5oz of freon in making it seem like that would hold me over until i got home.come to find out 5 oz of freon is not that much and it wasn’t that low meaning the slow and small previous leak i could have had wasn’t the issue.since i mention the idea of a potential leak, Phillip took it and ran. Before i left, a man came to me and said okay the air is blowing cold and the freon recharge helped but you need to change the cabin filter (which i did immediately at autozone). I paid the $179 with no complaints thinking i would at least have cold air as they said they fixed it. I get 30 minutes into the drive and my AC returns to warm humid air and remained that way for 13 hours. I called back to ask for a refund because i felt as if they deceived me and lied about the services provided. Later after calling, he then said he told me that he said he did not know if the freon recharge would fix my issue, but that i was told i could come back and they would fix the issue.he said they put red dye in my system to find the leak, but did not mention finding any leak. Also, he knew i was moving to chicago and not going to be coming back to texas? How would that even make sense for me to come back and have them fix it? He said no such thing to me and sent me on my way knowing that he ripped me of $179 as a young woman needing help with something she knew nothing about. We put trust in these businesses to help us when we are in need but they did no such thing and were extremely unkind and unwilling to accommodate after providing me no successful service. His business has no integrity and just wants your money.

They where packed but got ne through super quick. Amazing service, nice people. Will 1000% be back.

I went there for a oil change regular conventional i was told they've been putting the wrong oil in my car (my car being a nissan sentra) so they put synthetic and when my dad gets there to question the $100 when it's normally $40 they tell him they don't carry the conventional anymore so moral of the story they are liars and rip people off especially young women the workers have changed also when i went to leave my car wouldn't start so do what u will with that information and to add on i just realized they had the wrong car pulled up that's why they thought it was wrong i drive a 2016 nissan.again do not go to this place john and idk the other guys name 0 stars the lady cleaned my windshield real good and the guy with the glasses was cool at the counter other than that i don't recommend at all
