5A lot of departments at Texas A&M University in College Station, TX use Automatic Chef as it is the premier coffee company in the area. My department is so happy with the service that we have received from Staci and Troy. They deliver coffee within 12 hours of placing an order and are great communicators. Great company to work with and I highly recommend them!
Machines are always ripping people off or not working correctly here. And you have to watch these guys. If someone tries to scan something from the refrigerator and it doesn't work, sometimes they'll get mad and leave it out. It'll spoil, but the vendor will put it back in and sell it again. Unfortunately learned this from a personal experience. Try to find someone else if you can, we are.
Worked for them 3 months. Management is very unprofessional. Instead of teaching the correct way, they would rather belittle and scream at the employees. Do not work for them!
Over priced, a single bacon croissant $4.39. I can get an entire meal at McDonalds for that price. Never have good stuff in their refrigerators. Would not recommend. I work down the street from them and we can’t even get good food in here.
Horrible company with horrible customer service, would never recommend this company for their vending services. Technicians and managers are rude liars who are not in the business of servicing their contracts/customers.
