Automotive Super Center, Longview TX

I cannot thank Chandler enough for being so kind and going above and beyond. We had an exciting day planned at LeTourneau University and our car trouble could've kept us from it but Chandler made sure we didn't. We enjoyed our visit to Longview and this facility had our car back on the road the same afternoon. Good people and great service!

Wow. These guys were great. We are traveling, and our AC went out. They got us right in, fixed it, included a warranty, and all for half the $$ we were quoted elsewhere. Thank you!

Came in for some work but Danny and the whole crew is gone. The new guy is pretty rude. I won’t be back. Going to find out where the old crew went. They were trustworthy.

I had a stripped bolt on my license plate and could not get it out to put my new plate on, the paper tag was about to run out. Called Danny and said he would take a look at it in the am! Everyone there was nice and very professional. I will come here for all my car needs! Thank you Danny and staff!

I needed to get my car inspected and went to another Auto Repair and they were unable to do the inspection so they recommended Automotive Supercenter in Longview.

So I went over and asked them and they said they could do it. I was extremely pleased that they were able to do it in such a short amount of time.

Being from the Dallas area it's not uncommon you have to wait for an hour or longer just to get the inspection started and then it takes another 30 minutes to an hour to actually do the inspection. Definitely not the way it was here I was probably in and out in less than 20 minutes.

The counter staff was very friendly and kind and helpful and made the trip enjoyable. I would definitely consider using them for other repairs as well.

The employees at this location were extremely friendly and went above what they “had” to do. They knew it would take awhile and provided a ride home while waiting on my vehicle to be fixed. Then I find out the price I was charged was a lot less than I was expecting so to me they are extremely affordable. 11/10 will use again.

I own a 2019 Honda Accord Sport! I enjoy their customer service! Oil change cheaper than Honda Dealership! So if your budget's on a diet, then pull up to Supercenter! They also can service your fleet vehicles cheaper than dealerships as well! Save money where you can!

Went to numerous shops for a last minute state inspection and got turned away at each one. I came here to see if they had time and Caitlyn was able to get me in with no hesitation. Very friendly staff and was able to get me in and out pretty quickly. Highly recommend!

Have been using Automotive Super Center for quite awhile and couldn't ask for better service, everyone there from advisors to technicians go above and beyond to be helpful, cheerful and don't make me feel like I am doing them a favor.

Good work would love to breakdown just so I can use them again these guy are fabulous and make me smile everytime I walk in

I needed to get my serpentine belt replaced before a long road trip. They got me in the next morning. No sooner had I dropped my truck off then they had it in the bay and working on it. Professional, pleasant, does good work. Would highly recommend.

These guys and gal were fantastic. We had a flat on a run flat. We pulled into business after 5pm. They took off tire found ruined tire and bent rim. Straighten rim. Did not have tire sent after one. Put it on and finished after 6 pm. Most places would have not gone the extra mile. We were out of town and if it hadn’t been for these guys we would have been stuck in Longview. These guys are true GOOD SAMARITANS
