Service Associate, Ann Smith, provided outstanding customer service and has gained AutoNation Cadillac a new customer! She was attentive to my concerns and went above and beyond to follow through on my repairs. The overall experience was light years ahead of their Cadillac competitor in Lubbock, TX!

Kristian went above and beyond in helping me purchase a vehicle out of state. For once, I felt like a car salesman was for me getting a good deal and worked with me to make it happen! He get more like a friend rather than a salesman and that is hard to find. Not pushy in the least. Kevin also helped us out a lot towards the end also. We just are so thankful we ran across AutoNation West Amarillo! Thanks guys!

Wade in the service/ repairs department is top notch and runs a clean crew. That’s the 4 stars. I deducted 1 star for the appraisal department which will value your vehicle at literally 1/4 the price. Don’t fall for it. I sold my car 3 days later easily and at a fair price! But if you need service or repair- talk to Wade!

The cadillac advisor or person ms Ann Smith was wonderful answered all my questions and kept me up to date on how things where going with my vehicle.

Great service and the recommendations were definitely not to just sell me something I didn’t need! The 3 step actual has helped with my fuel mileage, power, and the overall sound of the engine! She noticed the coupling on the inside of my front tires, and recommended an alignment and rotation now my SUV rides smoother and there will not be more coupling which will definitely save me in the long haul! Colby in service is the go to guy! He’s very professional and he knowledgeable! Appreciate you guys!
