Took my car to get a window fixed, had to wait a long time for car parts. I was understanding on the wait but once I got my car back, parts of the window was still not fixed. I’ve been waiting to hear back on when they can finish fixing my window. Still no word

The service advisor is very patient & courteous. My vehicle was examined in detail. I was notified of the status & all my options for possible repairs. I do not appreciate that the loaner vehicle program is practically non-existent. Loaner vehicles are offered at many other dealerships & are incredibly convenient for the customer. This also encourages the service department to expedite the process so as to bring in & pass the loaner to the next customer in line.

Oil change took longerthan expected.also, after rotating tires, the new tire amounts stayed on the screen and did not disappear

In less than 2 weeks I had issues with my tires went to the dealer ship no problem they took care of it and got 3 tires replace.right away.

Went in to get an oil change and the service was great. It was very busy during the drop off but they still took their time to answer all my questions and get me checked in.

I took my car in because the check engine light came on. Will was my service provider. He explained everything to me and keep me posted about my car. He was really nice and informative. I'm satisfied so far with service and how fast it was finished. Thank you!

I had a pleasant experience with AutoNation. My accident was shortly before Christmas, and they helped with arrangements for a rental and made sure my car was ready as soon as possible for a trip to visit family. I would recommend their service; they were professional, respectful, and solicitous of my satisfaction.

The only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars is because Omar is a very good manager. He’s very friendly and helpful. All the other knuckleheads in there are complete bozo’s. You walk in, and no one acknowledges you. No one says hello, no one says “How can I help you? ” They make you stand there like an idiot for 10 minutes. Amir deserves to be fired immediately. He is so rude. Imagine spending 50 grand on a truck, and having some guy treat you like you’re scum. This dude acted like I was annoying him when I was telling him about my truck having issues. All he said was “do you have an appointment? I’l have to keep your truck until Wednesday of next week” haha. I said I use my truck for work, and I could bring it in next week, he said I have to leave it there. Everything I said, he blatantly ignored, and then repeated himself in his condescending tone. Believe me, I’m a very chill person, but this dude made me actually mad.i’l never go here again. And i’l never buy a vehicle there again. I’m sure the mechanics are good guys. The service guys just chill and chit chat amongst themselves while Omar does the work. Absolute Trash.

The staff at auto nation were extremely patient and knowledgeable. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to cover my car repairs or diagnostics and they made sure I got all the info I needed

Came to get oil change / tire rotations, rotation wasn’t done, they continued saying they did but my dad had marked them to ensure they were done. So had to drive back to get that fixed but now I can’t trust them

Truly the worst service experience I have ever had. I had a check engine light come on in my 22 silverado took it to be diagnosed. I also chose to get an oil change and tire rotation while it was there. They told me it would take 48 hours to diagonose the check engine light. 3 days later I had received no updates about my truck. I called and was told that they had done the oil change and tire rotation and fixed a recall but were still waiting for the diagnoses on the check engine light. 2 more days passed still not receiving a update. I called and called and was hung up on when asking for the service manager. I drove up there to find out what was going on. Not only had they not started diagnosing the check engine light NO other work had been done. No oil change no tire rotation no recall work. Nothing was done after 4 work days of me dropping it off and being lied to saying they had done work. I will never use the service here again.

I took my car into the shop in December of 2022 for warranty repair because of noise I was hearing from the engine and having drivablity issue. They got approval for engine replacement, and when I finally went to pick up my car the beginning of March there were damages caused by the technician that as of today they still have not gotten repaired or items replaced. I expected better and more professional service coming into a dealership. Picture enclosed is just 1 item that was damaged.
PLEASE make sure you take pictures of your car before you ever take it into them for any work.
