I was checked in quickly. I waited for the Truck, and the wait time was reasonable. When it was done, the woman that checked me in, had me sign the paper work & helped me find the Truck. It was a smooth process, with all Auto Nation personnel being helpful & polite. All around pleasant experience & the Truck runs great too.

As soon as I walked into the service department, George greeted us, helped us get a Rent-A-Car, and kept me informed over the week with the issue of my 2021 Chevy truck and the progress until it was fixed.

It process started off slow but then I found Al Jamison and what a difference! He made the process go smooth on ordering my 2022 Tahoe and was in contact constantly! Will definitely purchase my next vehicle from him.

I turned my truck in for warranty work recently. I bought the platinum extended warranty that comes with a rental or loaner vehicle while my truck in in for service. I got neither a rental or a courtesy vehicle. I had to take a shop out of service from my shop so I could have a truck to use while mine was in for repair. When I do this it takes away from the revenue that I can generate from my business. I feel as i been sold a bill of goods if you can't back up what I purchased.

They def need more help. When you call no one answers you are just put in an endless loop. When you show up it's chaos.

Crystal Olachia is amazing. Seriously, I took two airplanes and spent all day in airports to fly from Austin to work with her versus ordering the same car from an Austin dealer. Easy, not pushy, followed up when she said she was going to follow up. I never felt forgotten or like some other client was more important than I was. I had an A+ sales experience because of her.

I find it disappointing to insist that vehicles be sold at MSRP, taking advantage of the supply and demand problem. As if that isn’t bad enough adding useless dealer add-on packages of little value (paint protection, N2O in tires, etc.) is a further money grab and attempt to pad the bill. Being unwilling to honor a GM employee discount was also quite disappointing and greedy again. Amadeo, the salesman, went above and beyond to make this deal happen in spite of a manager who was all about the money and less about the customer experience. I will definitely warn friends and family about these practices and the need to shop elsewhere where is greater competition for customers.

I brought the car to dealer as scheduled September 13,2021 but could not make contact with service advisor David Flores after drop off until September 17,2021 despite daily calls. September 17,2021 David Flores informed me that they had discovered rodent prints and chewed wiring that indicated service work to replace EMC would not be covered under extended warranty. I contacted Farmers Insurance who we have our vehicle coverage with and filed a comprehensive insurance claim for rodent damage.

Farmer’s agent had problems contacting David Flores as well as anyone in the service department. I had to call sales department and ask salesperson to have service manager call me.

Farmers authorized work to trouble shoot issue, but no further rodent damage was discovered. The only rodent damage was on the A/C sensor circuit wiring.

The story then became that the extended warranty would not cover the failed ECM due to the left side of the vehicle had traces of water intrusion. The pictures dealership furnished indicated only normal amounts of corrosion, aluminum does oxidize, and revealed no difference between the right and left sides of the vehicle as claimed.

This dealership is obviously violating our agreement by denying a valid claim on my extended warranty as there is no evidence of water intrusion or any abnormal use or exposure to water to the vehicle. This vehicle has never been off the pavement and never in any water.

Beyond that, the service department of this dealership has serious communication and competency issues. I was not able to pick up the vehicle until October 15,2021,24 days after it was brought in for service. I paid for all repairs myself so I could retrieve my vehicle, but request the dealership cover the repairs for the failed ECM under the extended warranty.

I have filed a claim against the dealership with the Better Business Bureau.

On Tuesday, October 19th. We proceeded to take both my husband's truck and my Blazer for our standard oil changes and vehicle mileage recommended services etc. I had made our appointments online and had received email confirmations and text confirmations the day of and email and text reminders on October 18th the day before our appointments.

When we arrived at the service counter we waited for our service tech Anna Rodriguez. She's stated she had no record of our appointments then proceeded to ask if we had made our appointments online, which I told her I did, and she proceeded to tell me that the online system hadn't been working so she had no record of my appointments. She then proceeded to tell me and my husband that we were stepping on her other 9: 00am appointments and at that time she could only fit one of my vehicles in and the other one would have to come back later that afternoon.

We told her that we could just get it done at another time or somewhere else, as I was already feeling the hostile environment of the fact that I had made an appointment online and was now encroaching on her other appointments and that we had drove into town from where we live 45 minutes away.

At that time she was like oh well you've driven from out of town, I guess I can squeeze you both in but it's going to be a while. We proceeded to wait two and a half hours for our two vehicles to get oil changes. During that time Anna came over a few times to ask us if we wanted additional services provided which I declined because I just wanted to get our oil changed and be done with this experience.

I also experienced her complimented my vehicle several times during our time there, telling me that she would have bought the upgraded RS version but for now she'll just stick to driving her BMW.

This was a horrible experience. We chose your dealership because it was a local place where we could get our oil changes done, but after this experience, I will enjoy the drive to Texas City to the dealership I purchased it from to get my service done in the future.

Thank you!

My husband and I have been purchasing vehicles from Champion Chevrolet and now AutoNation Chevrolet in Corpus Christi for close to 20 years. My husband passed in 2019 and I found myself a little concerned about purchasing a vehicle on my own. That concern quickly vanished due to the professionalism from salesman, Al Jameson, and finance man, Mike Mascorro, when I recently traded in my Blazer for a new Tahoe! The experience was “painless” and I would recommend AutoNation to any individual looking to purchase a vehicle! Rosemary Cervantez

Very poor service.
Have been saying my vehicle was gonna be done tomorrow & the next day and the next day, come to find out the parts are not even in! The ladies at the service desk are very rude. I would not recommend!

Third vehicle we buy from car salesman Eddie Solis with Auto Nation. Purchased a Chevrolet Traverse LT and it is beautiful. They took two trade in's. Got a great price, better vehicle than expected, better trade in $$ than expected. We are very happy and once again recommend Auto Nation Chevrolet and Eddie Solis.

Anna Rodriguez is an excellent customer service rep. She keeps me informed and schedules appointments around my schedule. She makes recommendations on what my new truck needs for service and keeps me updated. I appreciate all she does and I only go to her for my service.

Honestly this Dealerships Service Center Does what they want when they want. Advice DO NOT GET extra services such as wheel/ tire protection oil changes, ect. Stick to the warranty and go elsewhere for service. I Love GMC but This service center has wasted alot of my time. Unfortunately its the only GMC dealership in Corpus Christi

Amber Herrera was a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond in keeping me informed about the status of the truck I ordered. This was a four month process and she kept me aware of what was going on each step of the way. I would highly recommend her as a sales person to anyone wishing to buy at AutoNation Chevrolet.

Service advisor David Flores has the worst customer response and sense of urgency. What should have been completed in 2 days took 8 days due to not answering or returning phone calls. Multiple times I had to drive to the dealership to get answers and set things in Motion. 3 times my vehicle was not ready due to lack of response on Autonations end. 2 times I lost reservations for work due to not having my vehicle back after it was service. The buck stops with management allowing this type of service to take place.

Mario was extremely accommodating. He went out of his way to locate exactly what we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we chose and gave us above and beyond customer service. The financing side was quick and easy as well.
