Worst customer Communication from the service department that I’ve ever dealt with. The service department blames the scheduling call center for their scheduling issues although thats who the dealership pays to schedule their appointments. Do better management!

Matt did a great job with communicating what was wrong and what the cost would be. He went through everything to make sure i wasn’t being charged unnecessary items or fees.

The whole staff was very attentive very helpful. I made our visit and I purchase very very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend you guys and we will definitely be back.

I would like to acknowledge Bill for all his help. We took my car in because it had broken down. Come to find out the last Chevy dealership we took it to messed with it and it caused a few parts to break. They wanted to charge us a ridiculous amount to fix it because no one wrote down that they had touched the car. Conveniently. But thanks to Bill for fighting for us and helping us out tremendously. We will definitely continue to give AutoNation our business.

We drove from Fort Worth to purchase my vehicle, but there was one problem.it wasn't there. The vehicle had been used as a rental the night before. They were very apologetic about the situation, but the vehicle would not be available until after 5: 00pm. We were able to get all the paperwork out of the way and then we spent the day in Waco, waiting for the vehicle to be returned. The entire staff was top notch and very personable.

Did not have a good experience after being lied too and drove and hour and some change. After this place went to Toyota of Waco and had an amazing experience in and out and was straight to the point.

Great experience. Match other dealership deal and did not have to drive 2 hours to see the vehicle.

My experience with the service department at AutoNation has been awful. My car has been in their shop for four of the last eight days with a list of straightforward things to address and after four days, only about half of the issues were resolved. My ride was late, my car wasn’t ready when I asked for it to be ready so I could pick up my kids from school and the car isn’t fixed. I will not be returning!

Service advisor was more than helpful.met every need and provided prompt answers to all of my questions. Kept me informed of the progress on my truck's service and repair.can't say enough about the service he and mechanic doing the work.

I recently went to this dealership for the first time for general maintenance on my newer Equinox. They guys were extremely helpful in explaining everything to me and getting me taken care of. Matt was professional from start to finish. Highly recommend this business and team!

Alot of mistakes and took very long time to get it right and done plus I'm still waiting for the right grill on my vehicle and they don't do a thorough job if I could give less than one star I would

Bill in the service department was very helpful and helped me get my tires replaced on my truck.

Fast and easy appointment setting and friendly service. Bill is great to work with and always friendly and funny.

0 stars if I could honestly. Started out good but then communication went to 0 and we got the Tun around with service then when a problem arises they want no part of fixing it. Service manager won’t return calls either.
