For the 3rd time I have taken my Traverse to see if they can Adjust the Right Hand Door, and they have not even come close to Fixing my Problem. I am in the Process of Trading it in for a GMC DENALI.

Coby Venhaus was so polite, courteous and very professional and took such good care of me and my car needs. I greatly appreciate him making sure I was taken care of and completely satisfied. My experience was very unsatisfying with the regards that my vehicle at this point is stil not complete. It only took 2 hours to find the problem but 17 days later my car hasn't been repaired. I was told they were waiting on a part and it was tracked down to arrive the following morning. I waited 2 days and then contacted Chevrolet I could not reach anyone. I went to the Chevrolet service department and was advised the part didn't come in it was on backorder. Which could take 2 days or 2 months. My vehicle was released to me with the regards of returning when the part arrives. Everything was paid in full but my vehicle is in the same condition. The agents were very unsatisfying and dishonesty on behalf on my behalf at the Chevrolet house because I was told they had the part. Thank You Sincerely. Ps I'm still waiting on the completion of my vehicle

Because it was raining the Service Dept.had to let the belly dry off on my vehicle to evaluate my fluid leak. In so doing they forgot about me after they sent a video of the mechanic looking underneath and explaining they were not sure as yet. Around quitting time my Service Rep called to tell me the price on a water pump and that my car would need to be done on Saturday. I expressed disbelief as the car had been in shop for 10 hours. The Rep did agree I was being bumped that I should get a 10% discount and told me the name of the weekend manager. On Saturday at mid-morning the Rep I contacted on the phone said I would need to wait until after the weekend. I asked for the weekend manager. After being on hold for a while that seemed to make a difference and I was told I would get the car that day. They called me right after lunch and I paid the invoice. No indication of any 10% discount on the invoice. I got above average service I would expect from a GM dealership but I wasn't recognized as a returning customer.

Bought an awesome car from them, really like the salesmen! But when it came down to getting my plates, I had my paper tags until they expired so I went up there to see if maybe they just forgot to call me. But nope nobody knew where my tags where at, so I sat around for 30 minutes waiting for someone just to tell me they're putting another paper tag on there. Then 2 days later my tags are there but my name is mis spelled on the registration. And they're solution for this was wait until next year and fix it then. It's not a huge deal but it is for me, I mean it's my name. Just carelessness and very poor customer service. Really wish I didn't get the warranty now.

It was great service after the sale. My 2014 had some electrical problems. They took care of it under warranty. I very happy with them.

Staff and service providers are friendly enough, but I really think they should time manage better. I had an 8: 45 a.m. Appointment for a regular service (oil and tire rotation). When I got there, on time, I was told it would be about 1.5 hours. Okay, not a huge deal. They’re busy that’s fine…. 3 hours later and their apology was that they had a bunch of people all come in at once. I really think that scheduled appointments should be prioritized over walk-ins. I won’t be using their services anymore now that my warranty has run out, and I’m not cool with wasting 3 hours waiting for an oil change.

The air conditioning in my car was not working while I was living in Midland so I had took it to Christian Brothers, who told me that the entire air-conditioning system needed to be replaced for over $2,300. I could not afford this so I chose not to get it fixed and drove without air conditioning for over a year. I just moved to Amarillo and decided to finally get a second opinion at Auto Service Chevrolet in Amarillo. They said that it was the motor and fixed the problem for about $1,000! Driving in my car now with air feels like heaven, and I could not thank the employees at ASC enough! They were so friendly, diligent, and overall amazing humans, they worked so hard and smiled the entire time. I will continue to go to them for everything and recommend them to everyone. Do not go anywhere else, they know what they’re doing!
