I took my 2019 Traverse in for front end body work. I was greeted immediately by Shelia! I explained what I needed to have done. She took a look at my car. I waited in her nice cool office. She gave a printout of my estimate to repair my car and explained it to me. She was able to give me a date when i could drop my car off and approximately how long it would take to repair it! Worked perfectly for me! I was very impressed at the whole process! She was very courteous and friendly. Dropped my car off the very next day! I did receive texts while my car was in the shop providing updates and when it was ready for me to pickup! They did an awesome work! I was very impressed! Sheila made sure I was satisfied with the work. And i was very satisfied! Sheila took very good care of me and my car! Felt as though I had just bought a new car! Felt like I’d known her forever! The cashiers were very friendly also! I was in and out in no time! The facilities were very clean too! Great job to Sheila and all the rest! I will definitely take my car there again when needed!

I like this place they answer your calls answer your questions they returned your calls and they don't drag their feet and they do a good job

Brought my vehicle in as a progressive insurance claim. This shop was recommended as a direct repair facility for progressive. First time I was told my 2009 Ford Shelby Cobra GT500 with 40,000 miles was done and ready for pickup, the paint had multiple issues among not even close to matching the original color. Clips were missing all around the vehicle, along with a new rocker moulding missing all the lower clips. There were rust specs all over the vehicle from the shop. Dry spray and overspray all over the car. Interior trim pieces were destroyed, the vehicle was full of dust and debris. I was told they are not a detail shop is why the vehicle was filthy and looked horrible. The list goes on and on. I now have the vehicle at another repair facility getting all the butcher repair work redone. If you value quality work, and expect repairs to be done properly, whatever you do, don’t take your vehicle here.

This was the worst experience I've ever had. The work was terrible, had to get over spray off my truck that wasn't my same color. There is dirt under the paint that's already pitting and it was done less than a month ago. My truck pulls hard to the left and they said bad tire that I would have to pay for it. They would not fix these issues as well as a lot more. Would not send my vehicle to them ever. I don't know how people like that stay in business. I give -10 stars.

This place lent me its services to repair my car, it was ready in less than a month. The staff is very attentive and above all they work very well the car is like new. Thank you very much to all.

Brought my Hyundai here for a wreck, took 3 months to get it back due to back order parts (obviously not autonations fault) but point of the story is that Paul kept up with communications through the insurance and myself the entire time my vehicle was down. After all the repairs were done there was still an alignment issue, to which Paul and the mechanic team corrected the issue within the business day no issues at all. Highly recommend automation collision and Paul for any wreck estimate needs
