Still waiting on my vehicle over two months now. Poor communication. I’m out of a rental and the collision center shows no empathy. Every time I call it’s like I’m a bother or inconvenience to them. I really just want my vehicle back at this point.

Please don’t take your vehicle here. Save yourself added stress. I was in an accident and they had my vehicle for 2 months. Throughout this whole time the communication (if any) was poor. I was given multiple “ready” dates and they were always pushed back. I understand waiting on parts, and insurance etc so I was patient. But the cherry on top was me finally picking up my vehicle and it still had damaged parts that had been in the crash! My mirror was cracked and the bottom molding on my car was all scratched. You’d think that they would have inspected it properly like they say before giving it back to me. They even managed to ruin my tint somehow. The photos I attached are after repairs. What a joke. Overall experience has just been the worst! Very incompetent shop and advisor.

Terrible attention, the people who answer the phone have been rude and rude to me since I asked if they spoke Spanish. I was calling and the person who answered me was so rude and hung up the phone without me having finished speaking, and then they listen to my complaint until someone else can speak for me, seems very rude to me!
After that Joshua take my case, he is a really good person, he is really patient and sweet Do not hesitate to go with him if you go to that place, he is a good adviser and he is very responsible.
My only problem is who do you know who answered the phone when I called and just refused to answer my call because I can’t talking in English!

Destroyed my car, left it in the sun and warped all the interior, Did not even fix the dents in my car properly this has been going on since May of 2021 back and forth and still not ficlxed.

We brought our Hellcat Redeye here to get some minor work done on my husband vehicle on 7-5-22 on 7-8-22 it got stolen but wasn't notfied until 7-11-22. Let me tell you how dirty this company was, and will contiune to be. First, the communication was unprofessional I had to call them about my vehicle almost everyday leading up to it being stolen. Secondly, we were always giving excuse after excuse that they couldn't match the paint color so they had to keep it longer. Thirdly, on Friday 7-8-22 we called to get an update to see if we could pick up the our car, they stated it will not be ready until Monday. Here it is Monday 7-11-22, I get a phone call from the adjuster Edwin stating that our car was stolen from the property, on Friday 7-8-22 at 4: 00 PM. Mind you the shop was open on Saturday 7-9-22. So you would think that they would do an inventory count on all the vehicles that they have on there lot. I was told that my car was suppose to be in the building leading all the way up until it was stolen. This is unacceptable not to the point of it being stolen but the carlesness, negligence of the staff members at this location. We are a repeat customer of this facility we have never experienced anything like this. Sadly I feel like this is an inside job do to the video I obtained it looks very planned out. I will not be conducting business with Auto Nation.

Take a risk if you’d like but this place has terrible communication, untimely repairs, provide no rental reimbursement for keeping your car for much longer than they communicated originally, and the general manager was rude and unapologetic about his parts manager ordering the final piece of the repair in an untimely manner. He ordered the part the morning we were told the car would be ready. We get there at 5 pm and the car was still missing the door handle…they never ordered it during the 30days they had the car and ordered everything else.

The GM took no accountability. Treated me as thought we had done something to him. I cannot stand a person that has no follow through, communication, and doesn’t take accountability for their actions or that of their employees.

Just don’t go here unless you want terrible service, no communication snd untmley repairs

Worst customer service ever. Still have my vehicle after 30 days and will not assist with rental reimbursement. Never had a company that was so very rude about things either. Asked for a manager and the person informed me that the manager will not do anything either.

Every visit I've had is great, even though I've been here for unfortunate reasons, and the workmanship is as good as can be. No complaints from me.would recommend to my family and friends!

The service people were all great but AutoNation needs to work on better communication. A dashboard that shows the progress of a vehicle would be a great way to keep customers updated as communication is difficult. Employees are overwhelmed by the amount of cars that theyhave that they are hard to to get ahold of. The body work was about as satisfactory as it gets when you wreck a car. Not perfect but only visible up close. They did go the extra mile removing some scuffs when they detailed it that were not their problem and the interior was spotless. Car was returned on the date as promised even with parts delayed by the modern day issues.

I took my car 3 times, each time I was assigned a different advisor, and I was told they didn’t have parts for my car even though I had appointments and they already had photos and checked the car before I made my first appointment. Wasted 4 months waiting for parts and still didn’t get my car fixed.

Please believe the reviews.this is the worst service I have ever experienced. I'm Very frustrated and i have never wrote a negative review. I bought a new Ram 2021 and got hit. ; vehicle has been in this shop for over 8 weeks for what was originally estimated at 2 weeks and I still do not have possession of my vehicle. Lots of excuses about parts and covid but what makes it worst is I do not get updates and have to call several times. I have been assigned 3 or 4 different case representatives because of turnover or whatever the reason is. This is unbelievable to me. This shop should not be a preferred collision center with Allstate and I plan on taking my complaint to the furthest possible. I may change my rating once I receive my vehicle and evaluate the work but service deserves a zero. Hope the change in management makes a difference.

Update: I got my truck back. Though customer service was poor, I will give them credit for their quality check. My truck came back seamless despite the extensive damages. It's been 4 months and no issues.

If you have State Farm Insurance, do NOT try and take your vehicle here to get repaired. I was recently in a wreck; the lady that hit me has State Farm and when I called AutoNation (because they are BMW certified) they told me I couldn't bring it there because State Farm is slow to pay. The next person (the liaison between AutoNation and BMW of The Woodlands) told me that I could bring it there. Then when the wrecker company called them they said they couldn't accept my car because they were at capacity. I called the Manager of this AutoNation and he told me the ONLY way he would take my car is if I switched the claim from State Farm to my insurance company. He then proceeded to tell the Service Manager of BMW that they weren't accepting any new cars, which was NEVER discussed in any of the conversations I had. I will no longer purchase from ANY AutoNation dealerships, this has been a terrible experience.

I had my appointment at 9AM and I letting them know I would be late and the lady at the front desk was really nice and said it was fine to show up few minutes late. I got to the building she was very polite and welcoming. Got us in and out

Had a repair done a few months ago on a new Kia Sportage and just had the first service oil change and seen bolts missing so be sure to look over close before leaving.

We've had our car in the shop for 7 days and 4 days since our insurance has paid them in full yet nothing was done. I've been on hold for over 2 hours total today and can't get anyone to pick up the phone even though I was supposed to be called back today. I am moving and need my car back for shipment yet I cant get any progress on my car!

This place started out good. Took jeep there after an accident and all was good. After I got the jeep back I heard clicking/pop noise in front end which is where they performed the work. Took it back another 3 different times and still couldn't find the noise. So I dealt with it till it got worse over this past weekend and took it back. They refused to do anything and told me someone else has messed with it. They are the only one who have performed work on my jeep cause they are a dealer. This was an insurance claim. I have only used them for my repairs. Up until now I would have recommended them but after this I won't.

Called gm last Friday (7/9/21) and left message and then today (7/12/21) and left message. No response.

Here it is 7/16/21 and another call and still no contact.

Brought car in for repair after accident. I requested a separate ticket for front bumper replacement. The front desk acknowledged the request and reminded me to talk with Marcus regarding the replacement. He circled it along with the initial damage and gave me quote via email. A week later I received a call stating my car would be ready only to change my schedule around for that day and car was not ready. The next day AFTER 5: 30pm in the middle of traffic and picking up my daughter along with other obligations I received a call that car was ready. I picked up car and guess what the additional work that was discussed and Emailed was not done and furthermore the rep proceeded to start giving me excuses about part shortages and not remembering any discussion about additional work being done. He started quoting random prices which grew from the last random estimate. I don't have a problem with a company not being able to provide services if that was truly the case but to insult my intelligence and waste my time as if I didn't have anything to do is sad for a customer service position. Another Collision company and mechanic will benefit from the lack of ability.
