May, 2023: I recently had need of some routine service and recall repairs and was assigned to Amber Majors at the Service drop off area. She was very helpful, professional and courteous. She kept me informed of the progress and even had my truck washed before delivering it to me. Mark Zieschang had ordered the parts necessary to make the repairs, so everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend this dealership, along with the parts and service departments.

Purchased vehicle on Saturday. Had a check engine light, salesman went to the service department and stated it was from gas cap and would go off. It did not. Had the codes ran at an auto store on Sunday and it had two codes for transmission gear issues. Now on Monday they state they need to talk to a manager and I have not gotten a call back. I do not recommend, and would advise to use somewhere else.

Everyone in the service department was nice and welcoming. They got my car serviced pretty quickly.

Amber Majors my Service Manager was absolutely the best. The service I received was excellent. My car was completed on time and I was kept informed at all times. I would highly recommend AutoNation Ford Arlington.

I bought a Ford Escape 2017 from this dealership. I've had the cars for only 2 years and had to change the motor AND transmision. Service is poor, there is a lot of lazy people looking to trick others. Service.jezz so unprofesional, rude, delayed and unethical. Totally regret buying my car at this location and with Autonation in general.

Floyd, Kyron & the guy who showed me how to use my Bronco's features were awesome. Everyone was nice & very helpful. Things were explained & worked out.

Offered a higher amount and then lowballed when we arrived. Went to carmax and received the amount Autonation originally offered without an hassle. Would not recommend.

I arrived before opening on Friday and was first in the door. I have a maintenance package for oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections. They did a great job and completed in less than one hour.

Great service every time. David Morrison in the service dept was incredible and clearly a service minded coworker. Coming back here in the future!
