I had my car serviced and asked for a courtesy car wash. I was pleased with both and it was done in a timely matter.

Everyone @ Autonation Ford whether service department or sales has always been professional and courteous. Shout out to Melvin in sales and Kipp in service for giving WOW customer service. I will remain a loyal customer:)

i had an appointment waited 3.5 hours for a oil change.they didn't reset my oil life reminder.left finger prints all over my truck.last time they rotated my tires they didn't adjust my tire pressure.
I have been here 2x both times where terrible experiences.
I will not go back.

Able to make an appointment for oil change and rotation on a Saturday. Greeted by Douglas and he made sure the vehicle was promptly taken care of. Enjoying watching football in the waiting area until complete.

I was early for my appointment, but had to wait bc everyone was busy. But, this guy who showed up several minutes after me got helped first. I have given my business here for about 6 years now.

Absolutely horrible. My car has been in their hands since September 20, going on 2 months and have been saying "Monday by the lastest", then that goes to Tuesday which leads to Wednesday. November 24, and still do not have it.
